Law 22.431:

special tax deduction on income tax liability or on capital equal to 70% of the total wages of all persons with disabilities employed in the company.

Law 24013

: employers will be exempted from the payment of 50% of the Contributions to Social Services, for the period of 1 year.

Law 26.476

: Employers receive a reduction in their contributions to Social Security: - 1 st year payment of 50% of the contributions - 2 nd year payment of 75% of the contributions

Law 25.689

: Public Sector must include at least 4% of Persons with Disabilities in their staff and reserve jobs to be exclusively occupied by Persons with Disabilities.
