1/ Commission check eligibility
(Complete, eligible consortium, in scope, timely arrival)
2/ Experts’ individual reading (3 to 5 experts per proposal)
3/ Consensus group - experts + 1 EC Project Officer chairing.

4/ Panel discussion (ranking of the proposals)
5/ IP and NOE hearings (based on prepared questions)
6/ Panel discussion - finalisation and establishment of the priority list
