automatically get the other?
• Not necessarily.
• You must be eligible for the Lucas to
be considered for Distinguished
• There are Lt. Governors who receive
RFL, but not Distinguished

What happens if we don’t submit
our binder by 6:00 PM?
• Follow instructions.
• You MUST submit your binder BEFORE
February 20th, 6 PM in order to be
considered for the Distinguished Lt.
Governor Award
• All binders will be downloaded as they
are received, so make sure your
submission is the FINAL draft
