AT MOVE IN…..can be higher once in the unit
and income increases


HCVP client from any program will have a move packet if
approved by HACC to search for a home

HCVP Contract-after unit has been inspected and approved


Attend a Landlord seminar
- Provided every 3rd Thursday of every
Month (October 16th, @ 6:00 PM)
registration required through our website
www.haccnet.org
- Items of discussion:
- move packet
- vacancy to occupancy
- HACC’s role once the contract terminates
Complete the move packet(participant will
provide).




Program is coordinated with VA for referrals of
qualified homeless veterans
All referrals come from VA
80-90% need 1 bedroom units
Provided case management to insure success

