Login to www.GMConline.EDU
• Username:
– First initial
– Last name
– 2-digit month
– 2-digit day
After logging into GMConline.edu,
click on Access Online Registration
Web Advisor Login:
First name, a period, and your last name
Click “Web
Advisor” to
register online
Then click
“LOGIN” at
the top right.
If you’ve used Web Registration
before, remember that you’ve already
changed your password from the last 7
of your SSN.
If you can’t remember your password,
there is a link to reset it.
After logging in, click
on “STUDENTS”
•Choose the SUBJECT from the drop down
list
•Type the 3-or-4-digit COURSE NUMBER
•Type the 5-digit SECTION NUMBER (always
begins with “8”)
•Choose the upcoming TERM for the
Robins campus
Leave the
“
” field
empty!
Search/Register for Section
• Select the upcoming term
for Robins
Get to it from
the STUDENTS
menu
– If you want to see all classes,
don’t enter any search
criteria
If you want to see all classes under a subject,
just enter the subject
Click “SUBMIT” and be sure to verify that
your schedule is correct!
Everything correct
?
Then select the “RG REGISTER” option
on the dropdown list next to each class.

Something wrong
Then select “RM REMOVE FROM LIST”
Click “SUBMIT” to finalize the registration for your classes
Tip:
After you press submit, go back to
the STUDENTS menu to view your
class schedule.
Choose the correct term to view.
If everything is correct,
you’re registered!
