“I have quite a busy job, and I had been struggling to sleep for a few weeks. A friend asked me to start
playing 5 aside football with him twice a week, so I did. I loved it and it helped me switch off and forget
about work. Sleep is great now”

“I improved my time by 10 minutes this year, I’m delighted that all the training and preparation paid off!”

“Running the London Marathon is an experience to say the least! There are not many races that you can
run alongside Mr Blobby, Sausages and Rhinos! I ran it with my best friend, we laughed so much on the
way round”

“Even going up the stair was becoming hard work, I’d get to the top and I would be out of breath. So I
started going on a 30 min walk each after work. It was tough at first but then got easier and easier, I even
noticed my skin get healthier”
