– How can you correct or improve these?
Section 3: Training Programme
• From your weaknesses, identify a
goal/target for you to work on.
• 6 week plan. This should:
– Have clear aims
– Improve strengths and weaknesses
– Monitor your progress to ensure your
weaknesses are being improved.
– Apply SPORT and FITT
