Manages the acquisition and
administration of prospectus projects,
including modernization, new
construction, repair and alterations and
service contracts Also manages the
acquisition and administration of
reimbursable projects from outside client
agencies.
The Division is split into two branches:
Program Support Branch
(7PMA) 
Procures and administers regional
indefinite quantity contracts to support
operations. Procures and administers
contracts and orders for services
required to accomplish the Capital
Construction Program.
Program Support Major Tasks




Develops and implements acquisition strategies
and plans that support the region’s socio-economic
and performance goals.
The Construction Services Team procures and
administers Capital Projects and indefinite quantity
contracts for general construction in Region 7.
The Professional and Building Service Team
procures and administers A/E and Professional
Service contracts.
The Customer Support Service Team handles
Internal and External Client Support and the Broker
Contracts.
Operations Branch (7PMO) 
Provides responsive and high quality
best value acquisition services for the
PBS Service Centers in their
management of Federal Work Space
within the Greater Southwest Region.





Procures and Administers Contract Vehicles for Building
Services Operations (Custodial, Operation & Maintenance,
Landscaping, etc.)
Procures and Administers Contract Vehicles for NonProspectus Level Repair & Alterations,
Architectural/Engineering, and Management & Inspection
Services for PBS and for other Federal Agencies within the
Greater Southwest Region.
Develops and Implements Acquisition Strategies that Support
the Regional socio-economic and other performance goals.
Provides Contingency Contracting Support during declared
emergency conditions for FEMA and as assigned.

We invite you to “show case” your company’s capabilities at our Vendor Day Presentation Meeting. We
are looking for qualified vendors to provide services to the agency. You will have 15 minutes to provide an
overview of the company’s capabilities. We are looking for service providers such as Architectural &
Engineering, Asbestos Abatement, Elevator Design, Environmental Management and General
Construction, Facility Maintenance, Roofing and Waterproofing, Commercial Office Relocation, and Fire
Safety Surveys, Real Estate, etc.
The Vendor Day event will be held in the Federal Office Building at 819 Taylor Street, Room 12A1 in
downtown Fort Worth, TX, 76102.

Business Utilization




The Regional Office of Small Business Utilization (ROSBU) advocates for
small, minority, veteran, HUBZone, and women business owners.
We promote increased access to GSA’s nationwide procurement
opportunities.
The OSBU monitors and implements small business policies and manages a
range of programs required by law. GSA’s small business programs nurture
entrepreneurial endeavors, open doors to new business opportunities, and
enhance technological capabilities.
ROSBU provides support to the Regional contracting staff by:- planning,
directing, and coordinating implementation of acquisition policies directed by
the Central Office;- interpreting acquisition policies and procedures;participating in and contributes to the various phases of project planning as
required;- providing advice and guidance on the small business program and
special initiatives;- implementing and monitoring the acquisition policy
management information system;- recommending acquisition policy changes
through the Executive Assistant to the Regional Administrator;- conducting
outreach programs which make it possible for the small business community
to network and match with key contracting associates;- conducting in reach
training to ensure contracting offices comply with applicable statutes,
regulations, and directives; and- facilitating vendor capabilities briefing.
