The word ‫ الرسول‬Refers to:
Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

Themes in the Quran
There are a good many themes in the Holy
Quran. One of these themes is ‫الرسول‬
References to ‫( الرسول‬The Messenger,
Muhammad) appear in about 42 Ayahs
These references have variable flavors of
meaning and connotations
The word ‫ الرسول‬comes in red and its English
translation comes in red too.
Looking at the entire theme gives a better
understanding of what the message entails.

143 ‫ آية‬- 2 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة البقرة‬
Thus We have appointed you a justly
‫ك َج َع ْل َنا ُك ْم أُم ًَّة َو َس ًطا‬
َ ِ‫َو َك َٰ َذل‬
ُ ‫لِ َت ُكو ُنوا‬
balanced nation, that you may be
‫س‬
ِ ‫ش َهدَا َء َعلَى ال َّنا‬
witnesses against mankind, and that the
‫ون الرَّ سُو ُل َعلَ ْي ُك ْم‬
َ ‫َو َي ُك‬
Messenger may be a witness against
‫َش ِهي ًدا ۗ َو َما َج َع ْل َنا ْالقِ ْبلَ َة الَّ ِتي‬
َ ‫ُك ْن‬
you. And We appointed the Qiblah which ‫ت َعلَ ْي َها إِ َّّل لِ َنعْ لَ َم َمنْ َي َّت ِب ُع‬
you formerly observed only that We
‫الرَّ سُو َل ِممَّنْ َي ْن َقلِبُ َعلَ َٰى‬
ْ ‫َع ِق َب ْي ِه ۚ َوإِنْ َكا َن‬
might know him who follows the
‫ير ًة إِ َّّل‬
َ ‫ت لَ َك ِب‬
َّ ‫ين َه َدى‬
Messenger, from him who turns on his
‫َّللا ُ ۗ َو َما‬
َ ‫َعلَى الَّ ِذ‬
َّ ‫ان‬
heels. In truth it was a hard (test) save for َّ‫يع إِي َما َن ُك ْم ۚ إِن‬
ِ ‫َّللاُ لِي‬
َ ‫ُض‬
َ ‫َك‬
ٌ ‫اس لَ َرء‬
those whom Allah guided. But it was not
‫ُوف َر ِحي ٌم‬
َ َّ
ِ ‫َّللا ِبال َّن‬
Allah's purpose that your faith should be
in vain, for Allah is Full of Pity, Merciful

toward mankind.
214-215 ‫ آية‬- 2 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة البقرة‬
Or do ye think that you shall enter Paradise
‫أَ ْم َح ِس ْب ُت ْم أَنْ َت ْد ُخلُوا ْال َج َّن َة‬
without such trials as came to those who
ْ‫ين َخلَ ْوا ِمن‬
َ ‫َولَمَّا َيأْ ِت ُك ْم َم َث ُل الَّ ِذ‬
passed away before you? they encountered
‫َق ْبلِ ُك ْم ۖ َم َّس ْت ُه ُم ْال َبأْ َسا ُء‬
suffering and adversity, and were so shaken ‫َوالضَّرَّ ا ُء َو ُز ْلزلُوا َح َّت َٰى َيقُو َل‬
ِ
in spirit Till even the Messenger and those
‫ين آ َم ُنوا َم َع ُه‬
َ ‫الرَّ سُو ُل َوالَّ ِذ‬
of faith who were with him cried: "When will
َّ ‫َم َت َٰى َنصْ ُر‬
‫َّللا ۗ أَ َّل إِنَّ َنصْ َر‬
ِ
come the help of Allah?"
ٌ ‫َّللا َق ِر‬
‫يب‬
ِ َّ
Ah! Verily, the help of Allah is always near!
‫ون ۖ قُ ْل َما‬
َ ُ‫ك َما َذا ُي ْنفِق‬
َ ‫َيسْ أَلُو َن‬
They ask you as to what they should spend.
‫ْن‬
Say: Whatever wealth you spend, it is for
ِ ‫أَ ْن َف ْق ُت ْم ِمنْ َخي ٍْر َفلِ ْل َوالِ َدي‬
‫ين َو ْال َي َتا َم َٰى‬
َ ‫َو ْاْلَ ْق َر ِب‬
the parents and the near of kin and the
orphans and the needy and the wayfarer,
‫يل ۗ َو َما‬
ِ ‫ين َوا ْب ِن الس َِّب‬
ِ ‫َو ْال َم َسا ِك‬
and whatever good you do, Allah surely
‫َّللا ِب ِه‬
َ َّ َّ‫ت ْف َعلُوا ِمنْ َخ ْي ٍر َفإِن‬5َ
knows it.
‫َعلِي ٌم‬
285 ‫ آية‬- 2 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة البقرة‬
The Messenger believes in what has been
revealed to him from his Lord, and so do
the believers;
they all believe in Allah and His angels and
His books and His messengers; We make
no difference between any of His
messengers;
and they say: We hear and obey, our Lord!
We seek Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to
Thee is the end of all journeys."
‫آ َم َن الرَّ سُو ُل ِب َما أ ُ ْن ِز َل‬
ۚ ‫ون‬
َ ‫إِلَ ْي ِه ِمنْ َرب ِه َو ْالم ُْؤ ِم ُن‬
‫اّلل َو َم ََل ِئ َك ِت ِه‬
ِ َّ ‫ُك ٌّل آ َم َن ِب‬
‫َو ُك ُت ِب ِه َو ُر ُسلِ ِه َّل ُن َفر ُق‬
ۚ ‫َبي َْن أَ َح ٍد ِمنْ ُر ُسلِ ِه‬
ۖ ‫َو َقالُوا َس ِمعْ َنا َوأَ َطعْ َنا‬
‫ك‬
َ ‫ك َر َّب َنا َوإِلَ ْي‬
َ ‫ُغ ْف َرا َن‬
‫صي ُر‬
ِ ‫ْال َم‬

52-54 ‫ آية‬- 3 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة آل عمران‬
But when Jesus became conscious of their
‫َفلَمَّا أَ َحسَّ ِعي َس َٰى ِم ْن ُه ُم‬
disbelief, he cried: Who will be my helpers in ‫اري‬
َ ‫ْال ُك ْف َر َقا َل َمنْ أَ ْن‬
ِ ‫ص‬
the cause of Allah? The disciples said: We
‫َّللا ۖ َقا َل‬
ِ َّ ‫إِلَى‬
will be Allah's helpers. We believe in Allah,
ُ‫ُّون َنحْ ن‬
َ ‫اري‬
ِ ‫ْال َح َو‬
and bear thou witness that we have
‫اّلل‬
ِ َّ ‫َّللا آ َم َّنا ِب‬
ِ َّ ‫صا ُر‬
َ ‫أَ ْن‬
surrendered (unto Him).
‫ُون‬
َ ‫َوا ْش َه ْد ِبأ َ َّنا مُسْ لِم‬
Our Lord! we believe in what You have
َ ‫َر َّب َنا آ َم َّنا ِب َما أَ ْن َز ْل‬
‫ت‬
revealed and we follow the Messenger, so
‫َوا َّت َبعْ َنا الرَّ سُو َل َفا ْك ُت ْب َنا‬
write us down with those who bear witness
‫ين‬
َ ‫َم َع ال َّشا ِه ِد‬
to the truth.
َّ ‫َو َم َكرُوا َو َم َك َر‬
ۖ ُ ‫َّللا‬
And they schemed, and Allah schemed: and
َّ ‫َو‬
‫ين‬
َ ‫َّللا ُ َخ ْي ُر ْال َما ِك ِر‬
Allah is the best of schemers

85-86 ‫ آية‬- 3 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة آل عمران‬
And whoever desires a religion other than
Islam, it shall not be accepted from him, and
in the hereafter he shall be one of the
losers.
‫َو َمنْ َي ْب َت ِغ َغي َْر ْاْلِسْ ََل ِم‬
‫ِدي ًنا َفلَنْ ُي ْق َب َل ِم ْن ُه َوه َُو‬
‫فِي ْاْل ِخ َر ِة ِم َن‬
‫ين‬
ِ ‫ْال َخ‬
َ ‫اس ِر‬
How shall Allah Guide those who reject
Faith after they accepted it and bore witness
that the Messenger was true and that Clear
Proofs had come unto them? but Allah
guides not a people unjust wrongdoers.
َّ ‫ْف َي ْه ِدي‬
‫َّللا ُ َق ْومًا‬
َ ‫َكي‬
‫َك َفرُوا َبعْ َد إِي َما ِن ِه ْم‬
‫َو َش ِه ُدوا أَنَّ الرَّ سُو َل َح ٌّق‬
َّ ‫ات ۚ َو‬
ُ ‫َو َجا َء ُه ُم ْال َبي َن‬
‫َّللاُ َّل‬
َّ ‫َي ْه ِدي ْال َق ْو َم‬
‫ين‬
َ ‫الظالِ ِم‬

40-42 ‫ آية‬- 4 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة النساء‬
Surely Allah does not do injustice to the
weight of an atom, and if it is a good deed
He multiplies it and gives from Himself a
great reward.
How will it be, then, when We bring from
every people a witness and bring you as a
witness against these?
On that day (Day of Judgment) those who
disbelieved and disobeyed the Messenger
will wish that they were level with the
ground, And they can never hide a thing
from Allah!
‫َّللا َّل َي ْظلِ ُم ِم ْث َقا َل‬
َ َّ َّ‫إِن‬
‫ك َح َس َن ًة‬
ُ ‫َذرَّ ٍة ۖ َوإِنْ َت‬
ْ‫ت ِمن‬
ِ ‫اع ْف َها َو ُي ْؤ‬
ِ ‫ُض‬
َ ‫ي‬
‫لَ ُد ْن ُه أَجْ رً ا َع ِظيمًا‬
‫ج ْئ َنا ِمنْ ُكل‬
َ ‫َف َكي‬
ِ ‫ْف إِ َذا‬
‫ك‬
َ ‫أ ُ َّم ٍة ِب َش ِهي ٍد َو ِج ْئ َنا ِب‬
‫َعلَ َٰى َٰ َهؤُ َّل ِء َش ِهي ًدا‬
‫ين َك َفرُوا‬
َ ‫َي ْو َم ِئ ٍذ َي َو ُّد الَّ ِذ‬
‫صوُ ا الرَّ ُسو َل لَ ْو‬
َ ‫َو َع‬
‫ُت َسوَّ َٰى ِب ِه ُم ْاْلَرْ ضُ َو َّل‬
‫َّللا َح ِد ًيثا‬
َ ‫َي ْك ُتم‬
َ َّ ‫ُون‬

58-59 ‫ آية‬- 4 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة النساء‬
Lo! Allah commands you that ye restore
‫َّللا َيأْ ُم ُر ُك ْم أَنْ ُت َؤ ُّدوا‬
َ َّ َّ‫إِن‬
deposits to their owners, and, if ye judge
‫ت إِلَ َٰى أَهْ لِ َها َوإِ َذا‬
ِ ‫ْاْلَ َما َنا‬
ْ‫اس أَن‬
between mankind, that ye judge justly. Lo!
ِ ‫َح َك ْم ُت ْم َبي َْن ال َّن‬
comely is this which Allah admonishes
‫َّللا ِن ِع َّما‬
َ َّ َّ‫َتحْ ُكمُوا ِب ْال َع ْد ِل ۚ إِن‬
ُ ‫َي ِع‬
you. Lo! Allah is ever the Hearer, the
‫ان‬
َ ‫َّللا َك‬
َ َّ َّ‫ظ ُك ْم ِب ِه ۗ إِن‬
Seer.
‫صيرً ا‬
ِ ‫َس ِميعًا َب‬
O you who believe! obey Allah and obey
‫ين آ َم ُنوا أَ ِطي ُعوا‬
َ ‫َيا أَ ُّي َها الَّ ِذ‬
the Messenger and those in authority
‫َّللا َوأَ ِطيعُوا الرَّ سُو َل َوأ ُولِي‬
َ َّ
from among you; then if you quarrel about
َ ‫ْاْلَ ْم ِر ِم ْن ُك ْم ۖ َفإِنْ َت َن‬
‫ازعْ ُت ْم‬
anything, refer it to Allah and the
‫َّللا‬
ِ َّ ‫فِي َشيْ ٍء َف ُر ُّدوهُ إِلَى‬
Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the ‫ون‬
َ ‫ُول إِنْ ُك ْن ُت ْم ُت ْؤ ِم ُن‬
ِ ‫َوالرَّ س‬
last day; That is better and more seemly
‫ك‬
َ ِ‫اّلل َو ْال َي ْو ِم ْاْل ِخ ِر ۚ َٰ َذل‬
ِ َّ 10‫ِب‬
in the end.
ً ‫َخ ْي ٌر َوأَحْ َسنُ َتأْ ِو‬
‫يَل‬
61-62 ‫ آية‬- 4 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة النساء‬
And when it is said to them: Come to
what Allah has revealed and to the
Messenger, you will see the hypocrites
avert their faces from thee in disgust.
‫َوإِ َذا قِي َل لَ ُه ْم َت َعالَ ْوا إِلَ َٰى َما‬
َّ ‫أَ ْن َز َل‬
َ ‫ُول َرأَي‬
‫ْت‬
ِ ‫َّللا ُ َوإِلَى الرَّ س‬
‫ك‬
ُ ‫ين َي‬
َ ‫ون َع ْن‬
َ ‫ص ُّد‬
َ ِ‫ْال ُم َنافِق‬
‫ص ُدو ًدا‬
ُ
But how will it be when misfortune
befalls them on account of what their
hands have sent before? Then they will
come to you swearing by Allah: We did
not desire (anything) but good and
harmony.
‫ُصي َب ٌة ِب َما‬
ِ ‫صا َب ْت ُه ْم م‬
َ َ‫ْف إِ َذا أ‬
َ ‫َف َكي‬
ْ ‫َق َّد َم‬
‫ك‬
َ ‫يه ْم ُث َّم َجاءُو‬
ِ ‫ت أَ ْي ِد‬
‫اّلل إِنْ أَ َر ْد َنا إِ َّّل‬
ِ َّ ‫ون ِب‬
َ ُ‫َيحْ لِف‬
‫إِحْ َسا ًنا َو َت ْوفِي ًقا‬

64-65 ‫ آية‬- 4 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة النساء‬
We sent not a messenger but to be obeyed, in
‫ُول‬
ٍ ‫َو َما أَرْ َس ْل َنا ِمنْ َرس‬
accordance with the will of Allah. If they had
‫َّللا ۚ َولَ ْو‬
ِ َّ ‫اع ِبإِ ْذ ِن‬
َ ‫إِ َّّل لِ ُي َط‬
only, when they were unjust to themselves,
‫أَ َّن ُه ْم إِ ْذ َظلَمُوا أَ ْنفُ َس ُه ْم‬
come unto thee and asked Allah's forgiveness,
‫َّللا‬
َ ‫َجاءُو‬
َ َّ ‫ك َفاسْ َت ْغ َفرُوا‬
and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for
‫َواسْ َت ْغ َف َر لَ ُه ُم الرَّ ُسو ُل‬
them, they would have found Allah indeed
َّ ‫لَ َو َج ُدوا‬
‫َّللا َت َّوابًا َر ِحيمًا‬
َ
Forgiving, Most Merciful.
‫ك َّل ي ُْؤ ِم ُنو َن‬
َ ‫َف ََل َو َرب‬
But no! by your Lord! they do not truly believe
‫ُوك فِي َما‬
َ ‫َح َّت َٰى ي َُحكم‬
until they make you a judge of the
‫ج ُدوا‬
ِ ‫َش َج َر َب ْي َن ُه ْم ُث َّم َّل َي‬
disagreements among them, and then do not
‫فِي أَ ْنفُ ِس ِه ْم َح َرجً ا ِم َّما‬
find any resistance in their hearts as to what you
َ ‫ضي‬
have decided and submit with entire
‫ْت َو ُي َسلمُوا َتسْ لِيمًا‬
َ ‫َق‬
submission.

79-80 ‫ آية‬- 4 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة النساء‬
Whatever benefit comes to you, O man!, it
is from Allah, and whatever misfortune
befalls you, it is from yourself, and We have
sent you (O Prophet!), to mankind as a
Messenger; and Allah is sufficient as a
witness.
Whoso obeys the Messenger has obeyed
Allah, and whoso turns away: We have not
sent thee (O Muhammad) as a keeper over
them.
‫ك ِمنْ َح َس َن ٍة َف ِم َن‬
َ ‫صا َب‬
َ َ‫َما أ‬
ْ‫ك ِمن‬
َ ‫صا َب‬
َ َ‫َّللا ۖ َو َما أ‬
ِ َّ
ۚ‫ك‬
َ ‫َسي َئ ٍة َف ِمنْ َن ْف ِس‬
ً ‫اس َر ُس‬
ۚ ‫وّل‬
َ ‫َوأَرْ َس ْل َنا‬
ِ ‫ك لِل َّن‬
‫اّلل َش ِهي ًدا‬
ِ َّ ‫َو َك َف َٰى ِب‬
‫َمنْ ي ُِط ِع الرَّ ُسو َل َف َق ْد‬
‫َّللا ۖ َو َمنْ َت َولَّ َٰى َف َما‬
َ ‫أَ َط‬
َ َّ ‫اع‬
ً ِ‫ك َعلَي ِْه ْم َحف‬
‫يظا‬
َ ‫أَرْ َس ْل َنا‬

82-83 ‫ آية‬- 4 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة النساء‬
Will they not then ponder on the Quran? If it
had been from other than Allah they would
have found therein much discrepancy.
And if any tidings, whether of safety or fear,
come unto them, they noise it abroad,
whereas if they had referred it to the
Messenger and to such of them as are in
authority, those among them who are able
to think out the matter would have known it.
Were it not for the grace of Allah upon you
and His mercy, you would have followed
Satan, save a few of you.
ۚ ‫آن‬
َ ْ‫ُون ْالقُر‬
َ ‫أَ َف ََل َي َت َد َّبر‬
‫ان ِمنْ ِع ْن ِد َغ ْي ِر‬
َ ‫َولَ ْو َك‬
ْ ‫َّللا لَ َو َج ُدوا فِي ِه‬
‫اخ ِت ََل ًفا‬
ِ َّ
‫َك ِثيرً ا‬
‫َوإِ َذا َجا َء ُه ْم أَ ْم ٌر ِم َن‬
َ
‫ف أَ َذا ُعوا‬
ِ ‫ْن أَ ِو ْال َخ ْو‬
ِ ‫ْاْلم‬
‫ِب ِه ۖ َولَ ْو َر ُّدوهُ إِلَى‬
‫ُول َوإِلَ َٰى أُولِي‬
ِ ‫الرَّ س‬
‫ين‬
َ ‫ْاْلَ ْم ِر ِم ْن ُه ْم لَ َعلِ َم ُه الَّ ِذ‬
ُ ‫َيسْ َت ْن ِب‬
‫طو َن ُه ِم ْن ُه ْم ۗ َولَ ْو َّل‬
‫َّللا َعلَ ْي ُك ْم‬
ِ َّ ‫َفضْ ُل‬
‫ َرحْ َم ُت ُه َّل َّت َبعْ ُت ُم‬14‫َو‬
ً ِ‫ان إِ َّّل َقل‬
‫يَل‬
َ ‫ال َّش ْي َط‬
115-116 ‫ آية‬- 4 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة النساء‬
ْ‫َو َمنْ ُي َشاقِ ِق الرَّ سُو َل ِمن‬
And whoso opposes the Messenger after
the guidance (of Allah) has been
‫َبعْ ِد َما َت َب َّي َن لَ ُه ْال ُه َد َٰى‬
manifested unto him, and follows other than
‫يل‬
ِ ‫َو َي َّت ِبعْ َغ ْي َر َس ِب‬
the believer's way, We appoint for him that
‫ين ُن َول ِه َما َت َولَّ َٰى‬
َ ‫ْالم ُْؤ ِم ِن‬
ْ ‫َو ُنصْ لِ ِه َج َه َّن َم ۖ َو َسا َء‬
unto which he himself has turned, and
‫ت‬
expose him unto hell - what an wretched
‫صيرً ا‬
ِ ‫َم‬
resort!
‫ك‬
َ ‫َّللا َّل َي ْغفِ ُر أَنْ ُي ْش َر‬
َ َّ َّ‫إِن‬
Lo! Allah does not pardon that partners be
‫ك‬
َ ِ‫ون َٰ َذل‬
َ ‫ِب ِه َو َي ْغفِ ُر َما ُد‬
ascribed unto Him. He pardons all except
ْ‫لِ َمنْ َي َشا ُء ۚ َو َمنْ ُي ْش ِرك‬
that to whom He will. Whoso ascribes
‫ض ََل ًّل‬
َ ‫ض َّل‬
َ ‫اّلل َف َق ْد‬
ِ َّ ‫ِب‬
partners unto Allah has wandered far
‫َب ِعي ًدا‬
astray.

168-170 ‫ آية‬- 4 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة النساء‬
Those who reject Faith and do wrong,- Allah ‫ين َك َفرُوا َو َظلَمُوا‬
َ ‫إِنَّ الَّ ِذ‬
َّ ‫لَ ْم َي ُك ِن‬
will not forgive them nor guide them to any
‫َّللا ُ لِ َي ْغ ِف َر لَ ُه ْم‬
way‫َو َّل لِ َي ْه ِد َي ُه ْم َط ِري ًقا‬
Except the road of hell, wherein they will
َ ‫إِ َّّل َط ِر‬
‫ين‬
َ ‫يق َج َه َّن َم َخالِ ِد‬
abide for ever. And that is ever easy for
‫ك‬
َ ِ‫ان َٰ َذل‬
َ ‫فِي َها أَ َب ًدا ۚ َو َك‬
Allah.
‫َّللا َي ِسيرً ا‬
ِ َّ ‫َعلَى‬
O mankind! The Messenger has come unto
‫َيا أَ ُّي َها ال َّناسُ َق ْد َجا َء ُك ُم‬
you with the Truth from your Lord.
‫الرَّ سُو ُل ِب ْال َحق ِمنْ َرب ُك ْم‬
ْ‫َفآ ِم ُنوا َخيْرً ا لَ ُك ْم ۚ َوإِن‬
Therefore believe; (it is) best for you.
‫ّلل َما ِفي‬
ِ َّ ِ َّ‫َت ْكفُرُوا َفإِن‬
But if you disbelieve, still, lo! unto Allah
ۚ‫ض‬
ِ ‫ال َّس َم َاوا‬
ِ ْ‫ت َو ْاْلَر‬
belongs whatever is in the heavens and the
َّ ‫ان‬
‫َّللا ُ َعلِيمًا َح ِكيمًا‬
َ ‫ َك‬16‫َو‬
earth. Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
40-41 ‫ آية‬- 5 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة المائدة‬
Do you not know that to Allah belongs the
‫ك‬
ُ ‫َّللا لَ ُه ُم ْل‬
َ َّ َّ‫أَلَ ْم َتعْ لَ ْم أَن‬
kingdom of the heavens and the earth; He ُ‫ض ي َُعذب‬
ِ ‫ال َّس َم َاوا‬
ِ ْ‫ت َو ْاْلَر‬
chastises whom He pleases; and forgives ۗ ‫َمنْ َي َشا ُء َو َي ْغفِ ُر لِ َمنْ َي َشا ُء‬
َّ ‫َو‬
whom He pleases and Allah has power
‫َّللا ُ َعلَ َٰى ُكل َشيْ ٍء َق ِدي ٌر‬
over all things.
‫ك‬
َ ‫َيا أَ ُّي َها الرَّ ُسو ُل َّل َيحْ ُز ْن‬
O Messenger! Let them grieve you not , those who
‫ون فِي ْال ُك ْف ِر‬
‫ين ُي َس‬
َ ‫ار ُع‬
َ ‫الَّ ِذ‬
ِ
compete in the race to disbelief, of such as say
‫ين َقال ُوا آ َم َّنا‬
َ ‫ِم َن الَّ ِذ‬
with their mouths: "We believe," but their hearts
ۛ ‫ِبأ َ ْف َوا ِه ِه ْم َولَ ْم ُت ْؤ ِمنْ قُلُو ُب ُه ْم‬
believe not, ….

O Messenger! deliver what bas been revealed
‫َيا أَ ُّي َها الرَّ ُسو ُل َبل ْغ َما‬
to you from your Lord;
ْ‫ك ۖ َوإِن‬
َ ‫ك ِمنْ َرب‬
َ ‫أ ُ ْن ِز َل إِلَ ْي‬
and if you do it not, then you have not
َ ‫لَ ْم َت ْف َع ْل َف َما َبلَّ ْغ‬
ۚ ‫ت ِر َسالَ َت ُه‬
َّ ‫َو‬
delivered His message, and Allah will protect
ۗ ‫اس‬
ِ ْ‫َّللا ُ َيع‬
َ ‫ص ُم‬
ِ ‫ك ِم َن ال َّن‬
you from the people; surely Allah will not guide
‫َّللا َّل َي ْه ِدي ْال َق ْو َم‬
َ َّ َّ‫إِن‬
those who reject the Faith.
‫ين‬
َ ‫ْال َكافِ ِر‬
Say: "O People of the Book! ye have no
ْ ‫قُ ْل َيا أَهْ َل‬
ُ ْ‫ب لَس‬
َ
‫م‬
‫ت‬
‫ا‬
‫ت‬
‫ك‬
‫ال‬
ِ
ِ
ْ
ground to stand upon unless ye stand fast by
‫َعلَ َٰى َشيْ ٍء َح َّت َٰى ُتقِيمُوا‬
the Law, the Gospel, and the revelation that
‫جي َل َو َما أ ُ ْن ِز َل‬
ِ ‫ال َّت ْو َرا َة َو ْاْلِ ْن‬
has come to you from your Lord." It is the
َّ‫إِلَ ْي ُك ْم ِمنْ َرب ُك ْم ۗ َولَ َي ِزيدَن‬
revelation that comes to thee from thy Lord,
that increases in most of them their obstinate
‫ك‬
َ ‫َك ِثيرً ا ِم ْن ُه ْم َما أ ُ ْن ِز َل إِلَ ْي‬
ُ ‫ك‬
rebellion and blasphemy. But sorrow you not
ۖ ‫ط ْغ َيا ًنا َو ُك ْفرً ا‬
َ ‫نْ َرب‬18‫ِم‬
over these people without Faith.
‫س َعلَى ْال َق ْو ِم‬
َ ْ‫َف ََل َتأ‬
82-83 ‫ آية‬- 5 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة المائدة‬
Thou will find the vehement in hostility to
‫َاو ًة‬
َ ‫اس َعد‬
ِ ‫لَ َت‬
ِ ‫جدَنَّ أَ َش َّد ال َّن‬
those who believe (to be) the Jews and the ‫ين‬
َ ‫ين آ َم ُنوا ْال َيهُو َد َوالَّ ِذ‬
َ ‫لِلَّ ِذ‬
idolaters. And you will find the nearest in
‫أَ ْش َر ُكوا ۖ َولَ َت ِجدَنَّ أَ ْق َر َب ُه ْم‬
affection to those who believe (to be) those
‫ين‬
َ ‫َم َو َّد ًة لِلَّ ِذي َن آ َم ُنوا الَّ ِذ‬
who say: Lo! We are Christians. That is
‫ك‬
َ ِ‫ار َٰى ۚ َٰ َذل‬
َ ‫ص‬
َ ‫َقالُوا إِ َّنا َن‬
because there are among them priests and
‫ين‬
ِ ‫ِبأَنَّ ِم ْن ُه ْم قِس‬
َ ‫يس‬
monks, and because they are not arrogant.
‫َورُهْ َبا ًنا َوأَ َّن ُه ْم َّل‬
And when they listen to the revelation
‫ُون َوإِ َذا َس ِم ُعوا‬
َ ‫َيسْ َت ْك ِبر‬
received by the Messenger, you will see
‫ُول‬
ِ ‫َما أ ُ ْن ِز َل إِلَى الرَّ س‬
their eyes overflowing with tears, for they
‫َت َر َٰى أَعْ ُي َن ُه ْم َتفِيضُ ِم َن‬
recognize the truth: they pray: "Our Lord!
‫ال َّد ْم ِع ِممَّا َع َرفُوا ِم َن‬
we believe; write us down among the
‫ون َر َّب َنا آ َم َّنا‬
َ ُ ‫ َحق ۖ َيقُول‬19‫ْال‬
ْ ‫َف‬
witnesses.
‫ين‬
َ ‫اك ُت ْب َنا َم َع ال َّشا ِه ِد‬
91-92 ‫ آية‬- 5 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة المائدة‬
Satan's plan is to excite enmity and hatred
between you, with intoxicants and
gambling, and hinder you from the
remembrance of Allah, and from prayer:
will you not then abstain?
And obey Allah and obey the Messenger
and be cautious;
but if you turn back, know ye that it is Our
Messenger's duty to proclaim (the message) in
the clearest manner.
ْ‫إِ َّن َما ي ُِري ُد ال َّش ْي َطانُ أَن‬
‫دَاو َة‬
َ ‫يُو ِق َع َب ْي َن ُك ُم ْال َع‬
‫ضا َء فِي ْال َخ ْم ِر‬
َ ‫َو ْال َب ْغ‬
ْ‫ص َّد ُك ْم َعن‬
ُ ‫َو ْال َمي ِْس ِر َو َي‬
ۖ ‫َّللا َو َع ِن الص َََّل ِة‬
ِ َّ ‫ِذ ْك ِر‬
‫ُون‬
َ ‫َف َه ْل أَ ْن ُت ْم ُم ْن َته‬
‫َّللا َوأَ ِطيعُوا‬
َ َّ ‫َوأَ ِطيعُوا‬
ْ‫الرَّ سُو َل َواحْ َذرُوا ۚ َفإِن‬
‫َت َولَّ ْي ُت ْم َفاعْ لَمُوا أَ َّن َما َعلَ َٰى‬
ُ‫َرسُولِ َنا ْال َب ََل ُغ ْالم ُِبين‬

99-100 ‫ آية‬- 5 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة المائدة‬
Nothing is incumbent on the Messenger but
to deliver the message,
and Allah knows what you proclaim and
what you hide.
‫ول إِ َّّل‬
ِ ‫َما َعلَى الرَّ ُس‬
َّ ‫ْال َب ََل ُغ ۗ َو‬
‫َّللا ُ َيعْ لَ ُم َما‬
‫ُون‬
َ ‫ون َو َما َت ْك ُتم‬
َ ‫ُت ْب ُد‬
Say: The bad and the good are not equal,
though the abundance of the bad may
please you; so heed Allah, O men of
understanding, that you may be successful.
ُ ‫قُ ْل َّل َيسْ َت ِوي ْال َخ ِب‬
‫يث‬
َّ ‫َو‬
‫ك‬
َ ‫الطيبُ َولَ ْو أَعْ َج َب‬
‫َّللا‬
ِ ‫َك ْث َرةُ ْال َخ ِبي‬
َ َّ ‫ث ۚ َفا َّتقُوا‬
‫ب لَ َعلَّ ُك ْم‬
ِ ‫َيا أُولِي ْاْلَ ْل َبا‬
‫ُون‬
َ ‫ُت ْفلِح‬

104-105 ‫ آية‬- 5 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة المائدة‬
And when it is said to them, Come to what
Allah has revealed and to the Messenger,
they say: "Enough for us are the ways we
found our fathers following."
What! even though their fathers were void
of knowledge and guidance?
O ye who believe! Ye have charge of your
own souls. He who errs cannot injure you if
you are rightly guided. Unto Allah you will
all return; and then He will inform you of
what you used to do.
‫َوإِ َذا قِي َل لَ ُه ْم َت َعالَ ْوا إِلَ َٰى‬
َّ ‫َما أَ ْن َز َل‬
‫َّللا ُ َوإِلَى‬
‫ُول َقالُوا َحسْ ُب َنا َما‬
ِ ‫الرَّ س‬
‫َو َج ْد َنا َعلَ ْي ِه آ َبا َء َنا ۚ أَ َولَ ْو‬
‫ُون‬
َ ‫ان آ َباؤُ ُه ْم َّل َيعْ لَم‬
َ ‫َك‬
‫ون‬
َ ‫َش ْي ًئا َو َّل َي ْه َت ُد‬
‫َيا أَ ُّي َها الَّ ِذي َن آ َم ُنوا َعلَ ْي ُك ْم‬
ْ‫أَ ْنفُ َس ُك ْم ۖ َّل َيضُرُّ ُك ْم َمن‬
‫َّللا‬
ِ َّ ‫ض َّل إِ َذا اهْ َت َد ْي ُت ْم ۚ إِلَى‬
َ
‫َمرْ ِج ُع ُك ْم َج ِميعًا َف ُي َنب ُئ ُك ْم‬
‫ون‬
َ ُ ‫ِب َما ُك ْن ُت ْم َتعْ َمل‬

157 ‫ آية‬- 7 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة اْلعراف‬
Those who follow the Messenger, the
‫ُون الرَّ سُو َل‬
َ ‫ين َي َّت ِبع‬
َ ‫الَّ ِذ‬
Prophet who can neither read nor write,
‫ال َّن ِبيَّ ْاْلُميَّ الَّ ِذي َي ِج ُدو َن ُه‬
whom they will find described in the Torah
‫َم ْك ُتوبًا ِع ْندَ ُه ْم فِي ال َّت ْو َرا ِة‬
and the Gospel which are with them. He will
‫يل َيأْ ُم ُر ُه ْم‬
ِ ‫َو ْاْلِ ْن ِج‬
enjoin on them that which is right and forbid
‫ُوف َو َي ْن َها ُه ْم َع ِن‬
ِ ‫ِب ْال َمعْ ر‬
them that which is wrong. He will make
َّ ‫ْال ُم ْن َكر َو ُي ِح ُّل لَ ُه ُم‬
‫ت‬
ِ ‫الطي َبا‬
ِ
lawful for them all good things and prohibit
َ ‫َوي َُحر ُم َعلَ ْي ِه ُم ْال َخ َبا ِئ‬
‫ث‬
for them only the foul; and he will relieve
‫ض ُع َع ْن ُه ْم إِصْ َر ُه ْم‬
َ ‫َو َي‬
them of their burden and the fetters that they
ْ ‫َو ْاْلَ ْغ ََل َل الَّ ِتي َكا َن‬
‫ت‬
used to wear. Then those who believe in
‫ين آ َم ُنوا ِب ِه‬
َ ‫َعلَي ِْه ْم ۚ َفالَّ ِذ‬
him, and honor him, and help him, and
‫صرُوهُ َوا َّت َبعُوا‬
َ ‫َو َع َّزرُوهُ َو َن‬
follow the light which is sent down with him:
ۙ ‫ور الَّ ِذي أ ُ ْن ِز َل َم َع ُه‬
َ ‫ ُّن‬23‫ال‬
they are the ones successful.
‫ُون‬
َ ‫ك ُه ُم ْال ُم ْفلِح‬
َ ‫أُو َٰلَ ِئ‬
12-13 ‫ آية‬- 9 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة التوبة‬
But if they violate their oaths after their
covenant, and taunt you for your Faith,fight ye the chiefs of Unfaith: for their
oaths are nothing to them: that thus they
may be restrained.
Will ye not fight people who violated their
oaths, plotted to expel the Messenger,
and took the aggressive by being the first
to assault you?
Do you fear them? Nay, it is Allah Whom
you should more justly fear,
if you believe!
‫َوإِنْ َن َك ُثوا أَ ْي َما َن ُه ْم ِمنْ َبعْ ِد‬
‫َع ْه ِد ِه ْم َو َط َع ُنوا ِفي ِدي ِن ُك ْم‬
‫َف َقا ِتلُوا أَ ِئ َّم َة ْال ُك ْف ِر ۙ إِ َّن ُه ْم َّل‬
‫ُون‬
َ ‫ان لَ ُه ْم لَ َعلَّ ُه ْم َي ْن َته‬
َ ‫أَ ْي َم‬
‫ون َق ْومًا َن َك ُثوا‬
َ ُ‫أَ َّل ُت َقا ِتل‬
َ‫أ‬
ْ

‫خ‬
‫إ‬
‫ب‬
‫وا‬
‫م‬
‫ه‬

‫ُول َو ُه ْم َب َدءُو ُك ْم أوَّ َل‬
ِ ‫الرَّ س‬
‫َمرَّ ٍة ۚ أَ َت ْخ َش ْو َن ُه ْم ۚ َفا َّّلل ُ أَ َح ُّق‬
‫ين‬
َ ‫أَنْ َت ْخ َش ْوهُ إِنْ ُك ْن ُت ْم ُم ْؤ ِم ِن‬

88-89 ‫ آية‬- 9 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة التوبة‬
But the Messenger and those who believe ‫ين آ َم ُنوا‬
َ ‫َٰلَ ِك ِن الرَّ سُو ُل َوالَّ ِذ‬
with him strive hard with their wealth and
‫َم َع ُه َجا َه ُدوا ِبأ َم َْوالِ ِه ْم‬
their lives.
‫ك لَ ُه ُم‬
َ ‫َوأَ ْنفُ ِس ِه ْم ۚ َوأُو َٰلَ ِئ‬
َٰ ‫ات ۖ َوأ ُو‬
َ
ُ ‫ْال َخي َْر‬
‫م‬
‫ه‬
ُ
‫ك‬
‫ئ‬
‫ل‬
ِ
َ
ُ
Such are they for whom are the good
‫ُون‬
َ ‫ْال ُم ْفلِح‬
things. Such are they who are the
َّ ‫أَ َع َّد‬
ٍ ‫َّللا ُ لَ ُه ْم َج َّنا‬
successful.
‫ت َتجْ ِري‬
Allah has prepared for them gardens
‫ين‬
َ ‫ِمنْ َتحْ ِت َها ْاْلَ ْن َها ُر َخالِ ِد‬
beneath which rivers flow, to abide in them;
‫ك ْال َف ْو ُز ْال َع ِظي ُم‬
َ ِ‫فِي َها ۚ َٰ َذل‬
that is the great achievement.

99 ‫ آية‬- 9 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة التوبة‬
And of the wandering Arabs there are they
who believe in Allah and the Last Day,
and look on their payments as pious gifts
to bring them nearer to Allah and obtain
the prayers of the Messenger.
Aye, indeed they bring them nearer to Him:
soon will Allah admit them to His Mercy:
for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
ُ‫ب َمنْ ي ُْؤ ِمن‬
ِ ‫َو ِم َن ْاْلَعْ َرا‬
‫اّلل َو ْال َي ْو ِم ْاْل ِخ ِر َو َي َّت ِخ ُذ‬
ِ َّ ‫ِب‬
ٍ ‫َما ُي ْنفِ ُق قُ ُر َبا‬
‫َّللا‬
ِ َّ َ‫ت ِع ْند‬
‫ُول ۚ أَ َّل‬
ِ ‫صلَ َوا‬
َ ‫َو‬
ِ ‫ت الرَّ س‬
‫خلُ ُه ُم‬
ِ ‫إِ َّن َها قُرْ َب ٌة لَ ُه ْم ۚ َسي ُْد‬
َّ
‫َّللا‬
َ َّ َّ‫َّللاُ فِي َرحْ َم ِت ِه ۗ إِن‬
‫َغفُو ٌر َر ِحي ٌم‬

78 ‫ آية‬- 22 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة الحج‬
And strive for Allah with the Endeavour
which is His right. He has chosen you and
has not laid upon you in religion any
hardship; the faith of your father Abraham
(is yours). He has named you Muslims of
old time and in this (Scripture), that the
Messenger may be a witness against you,
and that you may be witnesses against
mankind. So establish worship, pay the
poor-due, and hold fast to Allah. He is
your Guardian; how excellent the
Guardian and how excellent the Helper!
‫َّللا َح َّق‬
ِ َّ ‫َو َجا ِه ُدوا فِي‬
‫ِج َها ِد ِه ۚ ه َُو اجْ َت َبا ُك ْم َو َما‬
ْ‫ين ِمن‬
ِ ‫َج َع َل َعلَ ْي ُك ْم فِي الد‬
ۚ ‫َح َر ٍج ۚ ِملَّ َة أَ ِبي ُك ْم إِب َْرا ِهي َم‬
ْ‫ين ِمن‬
َ ‫ه َُو َسمَّا ُك ُم ْال ُمسْ لِ ِم‬
‫ون‬
َ ‫َق ْب ُل َوفِي َٰ َه َذا لِ َي ُك‬
‫الرَّ سُو ُل َش ِهي ًدا َعلَ ْي ُك ْم‬
ُ ‫َو َت ُكو ُنوا‬
‫ش َهدَا َء َعلَى‬
‫اس ۚ َفأَقِي ُموا الص َََّل َة‬
ِ ‫ال َّن‬
َّ ‫َوآ ُتوا‬
‫صمُوا‬
ِ ‫الز َكا َة َواعْ َت‬
‫اّلل ه َُو َم ْو َّل ُك ْم ۖ َف ِنعْ َم‬
ِ َّ ‫ِب‬
‫صي ُر‬
ِ ‫ َم ْولَ َٰى َو ِنعْ َم ال َّن‬27‫ْال‬
53-54 ‫ آية‬- 24 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة النور‬
They swear by Allah solemnly that, if thou
order them, they will go forth. Say: Swear
not; known obedience is better. Lo! Allah is
Informed of what ye do.
Say: Obey Allah and obey the Messenger;
but if you turn back, then on him rests that
which is imposed on him and on you rests
that which is imposed on you;
and if you obey him, you are on the right
way; and nothing rests on the Messenger
but to preach the clear Message.
‫اّلل َج ْه َد‬
ِ َّ ‫َوأَ ْق َسمُوا ِب‬
‫أَ ْي َما ِن ِه ْم لَ ِئنْ أَ َمرْ َت ُه ْم‬
ۖ ‫لَ َي ْخ ُرجُنَّ ۖ قُ ْل َّل ُت ْق ِسمُوا‬
‫َّللا‬
َ َّ َّ‫َطا َع ٌة َمعْ رُو َف ٌة ۚ إِن‬
‫ون‬
َ ُ‫َخ ِبي ٌر ِب َما َتعْ َمل‬
‫َّللا َوأَ ِطيعُوا‬
َ َّ ‫قُ ْل أَ ِطيعُوا‬
‫الرَّ سُو َل ۖ َفإِنْ َت َولَّ ْوا َفإِ َّن َما‬
‫َعلَ ْي ِه َما حُم َل َو َعلَ ْي ُك ْم َما‬
ُ‫حُم ْل ُت ْم ۖ َوإِنْ ُت ِطيعُوه‬
‫َت ْه َت ُدوا ۚ َو َما َعلَى‬
‫ُول إِ َّّل ا ْل َب ََل ُغ‬
ِ ‫الرَّ س‬
ُ‫م ُِبين‬28‫ْال‬
55-56 ‫ آية‬- 24 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة النور‬
َّ ‫َو َع َد‬
Allah has promised to those of you who
‫َّللاُ الَّ ِذي َن آ َم ُنوا ِم ْن ُك ْم‬
believe and do good that He will make them ‫ت لَ َيسْ َت ْخلِ َف َّن ُه ْم‬
ِ ‫َو َع ِملُوا الصَّالِ َحا‬
rulers in the earth as He made rulers those
‫ف‬
َ َ‫ض َك َما اسْ َت ْخل‬
ِ ْ‫فِي ْاْلَر‬
before them, and that He will establish for
‫ين ِمنْ َق ْبلِ ِه ْم َولَ ُي َمك َننَّ لَ ُه ْم‬
َ ‫الَّ ِذ‬
them their religion which He has chosen for
‫ض َٰى لَ ُه ْم‬
َ ‫ِدي َن ُه ُم الَّ ِذي ارْ َت‬
them, and that He will, after their fear, give
ۚ ‫َولَ ُي َبدلَ َّن ُه ْم ِمنْ َبعْ ِد َخ ْوفِ ِه ْم أَ ْم ًنا‬
them security in exchange; they shall serve
‫ون ِبي‬
َ ‫َيعْ ُب ُدو َن ِني َّل ُي ْش ِر ُك‬
Me, not associating any with Me; and
َ َٰ ‫َش ْي ًئا ۚ َو َمنْ َك َف َر َبعْ َد‬
‫ك‬
‫ل‬
‫ذ‬
ِ
َ
whoever is ungrateful after this, these it is
َٰ ‫َفأُو‬
ْ
ُ
َ
َ
‫ون‬
‫ق‬
‫اس‬
‫ف‬
‫ال‬
‫م‬
‫ه‬
ُ
‫ك‬
‫ئ‬
‫ل‬
ِ
ِ
َ
َ
ُ
who are the. transgressors.
َّ ‫َوأَقِيمُوا الص َََّل َة َوآ ُتوا‬
So establish Prayer and give regular
‫الز َكا َة‬
Charity; and obey the Messenger; that
‫َوأَ ِطيعُوا الرَّ سُو َل لَ َعلَّ ُك ْم‬
haply you may receive mercy.
‫ُون‬
َ ‫رْ َحم‬29‫ُت‬
63 ‫ آية‬- 24 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة النور‬
Deem not the summons of the
Messenger among yourselves like the
summons of one of you to another:
Allah knows those of you who slip away
under shelter of some excuse:
then let those beware who withstand the
Messenger's order, lest some trial befall
them, or a grievous penalty be inflicted
on them.

ِ ‫َّل َتجْ َعلُوا ُد َعا َء الرَّ س‬
ۚ ‫ض ُك ْم َبعْ ضًا‬
ِ ْ‫َب ْي َن ُك ْم َك ُد َعا ِء َبع‬
َّ ‫َق ْد َيعْ لَ ُم‬
‫ون‬
َ ُ ‫ين َي َت َسلَّل‬
َ ‫َّللا ُ الَّ ِذ‬
‫ين‬
َ ‫ِم ْن ُك ْم لِ َو ًاذا ۚ َف ْل َيحْ َذ ِر الَّ ِذ‬
ْ‫ون َعنْ أَ ْم ِر ِه أَن‬
َ ُ‫ي َُخالِف‬
‫ُصي َب ُه ْم‬
ِ ‫صي َب ُه ْم فِ ْت َن ٌة أَ ْو ي‬
ِ ‫ُت‬
ٌ ‫َع َذ‬
‫اب أَلِي ٌم‬

7-9 ‫ آية‬- 25 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة الفرقان‬
And they say: "What sort of a Messenger is ‫ال َٰ َه َذا الرَّ سُو ِل‬
ِ ‫َو َقالُوا َم‬
َّ ‫َيأْ ُك ُل‬
this, who eats food, and walks through the
‫الط َعا َم َو َيم ِْشي ِفي‬
َ
streets? Why has not an angel been sent
‫اق ۙ لَ ْو َّل أ ُ ْن ِز َل إِلَ ْي ِه‬
ِ ‫ْاْلسْ َو‬
ٌ َ‫َمل‬
down unto him, to be a warner with him?
‫ون َم َع ُه َن ِذيرً ا‬
َ ‫ك َف َي ُك‬
See what kinds of comparisons they make
‫أَ ْو ي ُْل َق َٰى إِلَ ْي ِه َك ْن ٌز أَ ْو‬
for thee! But they have gone astray, and
ۚ ‫َت ُكونُ لَ ُه َج َّن ٌة َيأْ ُك ُل ِم ْن َها‬
never a way will they be able to find!
َّ ‫َو َقا َل‬
ْ‫ون إِن‬
َ ‫الظالِ ُم‬
Or (why is not) a treasure sent down to him,
‫ُون إِ َّّل َرج ًَُل‬
َ ‫َت َّت ِبع‬
or he is made to have a garden from which
‫َمسْ حُورً ا‬
he should eat? And the unjust say: You do
ُ ‫ا ْن‬

َ َ‫ض َربُوا ل‬

َ ‫ظرْ َكي‬
not follow any but a man deprived of
‫ضلُّوا َف ََل‬
َ ‫ْاْلَ ْم َثا َل َف‬
reason.
ً ‫ُون َس ِب‬
‫يَل‬
َ ‫سْ َت ِطيع‬31‫َي‬
26-27 ‫ آية‬- 25 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة الفرقان‬
That Day, the dominion as of right shall
ۚ ‫ك َي ْو َم ِئ ٍذ ْال َح ُّق لِلرَّ حْ َٰ َم ِن‬
ُ ‫ْالم ُْل‬
be for Allah, Most Merciful: it will be a Day
‫ين‬
َ ‫ان َي ْومًا َعلَى ْال َكا ِف ِر‬
َ ‫َو َك‬
of dire difficulty for the Disbelievers.
‫َع ِسيرً ا‬
The Day that the oppressor will bite at his
َّ ‫َو َي ْو َم َي َعضُّ ا‬
‫لظالِ ُم َعلَ َٰى‬
hands, he will say,
ُ ‫َي َد ْي ِه َيقُو ُل َيا لَ ْي َت ِني ا َّت َخ ْذ‬
‫ت‬
ً ‫ُول َس ِب‬
"Oh! would that I had taken a (straight) path
‫يَل‬
ِ ‫َم َع الرَّ س‬
with the Messenger!
32
30-31 ‫ آية‬- 25 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة الفرقان‬
And the Messenger cried out:
O my Lord! surely my people have
treated this Quran as a forsaken thing.
Even so have We appointed unto every
prophet an opponent from among the
guilty; but Allah suffices for a Guide and
Helper.
َّ‫َو َقا َل الرَّ سُو ُل َيا َرب إِن‬
‫آن‬
َ ْ‫َق ْو ِمي ا َّت َخ ُذوا َٰ َه َذا ْالقُر‬
‫َم ْهجُورً ا‬
‫ك َج َع ْل َنا لِ ُكل َن ِبي َع ُد ًوا‬
َ ِ‫َو َك َٰ َذل‬
‫ك‬
َ ‫ين ۗ َو َك َف َٰى ِب َرب‬
َ ‫ِم َن ْالمُجْ ِر ِم‬
‫صيرً ا‬
ِ ‫َها ِديًا َو َن‬
33
18-20 ‫ آية‬- 29 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة العنكبوت‬
But if you deny, then nations have denied
‫ب أ ُ َم ٌم‬
َ ‫َوإِنْ ُت َكذبُوا َف َق ْد َك َّذ‬
before you. The Messenger is charged only
‫ِمنْ َق ْبلِ ُك ْم ۖ َو َما َعلَى‬
to convey the message to preach it publicly ُ‫ُول إِ َّّل ا ْل َب ََل ُغ ْالم ُِبين‬
ِ ‫الرَّ س‬
and clearly.

What! do they not consider how Allah
َٰ َّ‫ْال َخ ْل َق ُثم ُي ِعي ُدهُ ۚ إن‬

َّ
ِ
originates the creation, then reproduces it?
‫َّللا َي ِسي ٌر‬
ِ َّ ‫َعلَى‬
Surely that is easy to Allah.
‫ض‬
Say: Travel in the earth and see how He
ِ ْ‫قُ ْل ِسيرُوا فِي ْاْلَر‬
ُ ‫َفا ْن‬
makes the first creation, then Allah creates ۚ ‫ْف َبدَأَ ْال َخ ْل َق‬
َ ‫ظرُوا َكي‬
َّ ‫ُث َّم‬
‫َّللا ُ ُي ْن ِش ُئ ال َّن ْشأ َ َة‬
the latter creation; surely Allah has power
‫َّللا َعلَ َٰى ُكل‬
over all things.
َ َّ َّ‫ْاْل ِخ َر َة ۚ إِن‬
‫َشيْ ٍء َق ِدي ٌر‬34
31-32 ‫ آية‬- 47 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة محمد‬
And We shall try you until We test those
‫َولَ َن ْبلُ َو َّن ُك ْم َح َّت َٰى َنعْ لَ َم‬
among you who strive their utmost and
‫ين ِم ْن ُك ْم‬
َ ‫ْالم َُجا ِه ِد‬
persevere in patience; and We shall try your
‫ين َو َن ْبل ُ َو‬
َ ‫َّاب ِر‬
ِ ‫َوالص‬
reported (mettle).
‫ار ُك ْم‬
َ ‫أَ ْخ َب‬
Lo! those who disbelieve and turn from the
‫ص ُّدوا‬
َ ‫ين َك َفرُوا َو‬
َ ‫إِنَّ الَّ ِذ‬
way of Allah and oppose the Messenger
‫َّللا َو َشا ُّقوا‬
ِ َّ ‫يل‬
ِ ‫َعنْ َس ِب‬
after the guidance has been manifested unto
‫الرَّ سُو َل ِمنْ َبعْ ِد َما‬
ْ‫َت َبي ََّن لَ ُه ُم ْال ُه َد َٰى لَن‬
them, they will not harm Allah in the least,
but He will make their deeds fruitless.
‫َّللا َش ْي ًئا‬
َ َّ ‫َيضُرُّ وا‬
ُ ‫َو َسيُحْ ِب‬
‫ط أَعْ َمالَ ُه ْم‬
35
33-34 ‫ آية‬- 47 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة محمد‬
O ye who believe!
Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger,
and render not your actions vain.
Lo! those who disbelieve and turn from
the way of Allah and then die
disbelievers, Allah surely will not pardon
them
‫َّللا‬
َ ‫َيا أَ ُّي َها الَّ ِذ‬
َ َّ ‫ين آ َم ُنوا أَ ِطيعُوا‬
‫َوأَ ِطيعُوا الرَّ سُو َل َو َّل ُتب ِْطلُوا‬
‫أَعْ َمالَ ُك ْم‬
ْ‫ص ُّدوا َعن‬
َ ‫ين َك َف ُروا َو‬
َ ‫إِنَّ الَّ ِذ‬
‫َّللا ُث َّم َما ُتوا َو ُه ْم ُك َّفا ٌر‬
ِ َّ ‫يل‬
ِ ‫َس ِب‬
َّ ‫َفلَنْ َي ْغفِ َر‬
‫َّللا ُ لَ ُه ْم‬
36
12-13 ‫ آية‬- 48 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة الفتح‬
Nay, you thought that the Messenger and
the Believers would not return to their
families; this seemed pleasing in your
hearts, and you conceived an evil thought,
for you are a people doomed to perish.
And if any believe not in Allah and His
Messenger, We have prepared, for those
who reject Allah, a Blazing Fire!
‫ب‬
َ ِ‫َب ْل َظ َن ْن ُت ْم أَنْ لَنْ َي ْن َقل‬
‫ون إِلَ َٰى‬
َ ‫الرَّ سُو ُل َو ْالم ُْؤ ِم ُن‬
‫ك فِي‬
َ ِ‫يه ْم أَ َب ًدا َو ُزي َن َٰ َذل‬
ِ ِ‫أَهْ ل‬
‫وب ُك ْم َو َظ َن ْن ُت ْم َظنَّ الس َّْو ِء‬
ِ ُ‫قُل‬
‫َو ُك ْن ُت ْم َق ْومًا بُورً ا‬
‫اّلل‬
ِ َّ ‫َو َمنْ لَ ْم ي ُْؤ ِمنْ ِب‬
‫َو َرسُولِ ِه َفإِ َّنا أَعْ َت ْد َنا‬
‫ين َس ِعيرً ا‬
َ ‫لِ ْل َكافِ ِر‬
37
8 ‫ آية‬- 58 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة المجادلة‬
Have you not seen those who are
‫ين ُن ُهوا َع ِن‬
َ ‫أَلَ ْم َت َر إِلَى الَّ ِذ‬
forbidden secret counsels, then they return
‫ون لِ َما‬
َ ‫ال َّنجْ َو َٰى ُث َّم َيعُو ُد‬
to what they are forbidden,
‫اج ْو َن ِب ْاْلِ ْث ِم‬
َ ‫ُنهُوا َع ْن ُه َو َي َت َن‬
‫ت‬
ِ ‫ص َي‬
ِ ْ‫ان َو َمع‬
ِ ‫َو ْالع ُْد َو‬
and they hold secret counsels for sin and
‫ك‬
َ ‫ُول َوإِ َذا َجاءُو‬
ِ ‫الرَّ س‬
revolt and disobedience to the Messenger,
َّ ‫ك ِب ِه‬
َ‫ك ِب َما ل‬
‫َّللا‬
‫ي‬
‫ُح‬
‫ي‬
‫م‬
َ
َ
َ ‫َحي َّْو‬
ْ
ُ
and when they come to you they greet you
ُ‫َو َيقُول‬
َ ‫ون ِفي أَ ْنفُ ِس ِه ْم لَ ْو‬
‫ّل‬
َ
with a greeting that Allah does not greet
َّ ‫ُي َعذ ُب َنا‬
ُ‫َّللا ُ ِب َما َنق‬
ۚ
‫ل‬
ُ
‫و‬
you with,
ۖ ‫َحسْ ُب ُه ْم َج َه َّن ُم َيصْ لَ ْو َن َها‬
and they say in themselves: Why does not
‫صي ُر‬
ِ ‫س ْال َم‬
َ ‫َف ِب ْئ‬
Allah punish us for what we say? Hell is
enough for them; they shall enter it, and
evil is the resort.
9-10 ‫ آية‬- 58 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة المجادلة‬
O you who believe!
‫ين آ َم ُنوا إِ َذا‬
َ ‫َيا أَ ُّي َها الَّ ِذ‬
‫اج ْي ُت ْم َف ََل َت َت َنا َج ْوا‬
َ ‫َت َن‬
when you confer together in private, do not
‫ان‬
ِ ‫ِب ْاْلِ ْث ِم َو ْال ُع ْد َو‬
give to each other counsel of sin and revolt
‫ُول‬
ِ ‫ص َي‬
ِ ْ‫َو َمع‬
ِ ‫ت الرَّ س‬
and disobedience to the Messenger, and
َ ‫َو َت َن‬
give to each other counsel of goodness and ۖ ‫اج ْوا ِب ْال ِبر َوال َّت ْق َو َٰى‬
‫َّللا الَّ ِذي إِلَ ْي ِه‬
َ َّ ‫َوا َّتقُوا‬
piety; and heed Allah, to Whom you shall be
‫ُون‬
َ ‫ُتحْ َشر‬
gathered together.
‫إِ َّن َما ال َّنجْ َو َٰى ِم َن‬
Lo! Conspiracy is only of the devil, that he
‫ين‬
َ ‫ان لِ َيحْ ُز َن الَّ ِذ‬
may vex those who believe; but he can
ِ ‫ال َّش ْي َط‬
‫ضار ِه ْم‬
َ ‫ْس ِب‬
َ ‫آ َم ُنوا َولَي‬
harm them not at all unless by Allah's leave.
‫َّللا ۚ َو َعلَى‬
ِ َّ ‫َش ْي ًئا إِ َّّل ِبإِ ْذ ِن‬
In Allah let believers put their trust.
‫ون‬
َ ‫َّللا َف ْل َي َت َو َّك ِل ْالم ُْؤ ِم ُن‬
ِ َّ 39
12-13 ‫ آية‬- 58 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة المجادلة‬
O ye who believe! When ye hold
conference with the Messenger, offer an
alms before your conference. That is better
and purer for you. But if you cannot find
the wherewithal then lo! Allah is Forgiving,
Merciful
Do you fear that you will not (be able to)
give in charity before your consultation? So
when you do not do it and Allah has turned
to you (mercifully), then keep up prayer
and pay the poor-rate and obey Allah and
His Messenger; and Allah is Aware of what
you do.
‫َيا أَ ُّي َها الَّ ِذي َن آ َم ُنوا إِ َذا‬
‫اج ْي ُت ُم الرَّ ُسو َل َف َقدمُوا‬
َ ‫َن‬
ۚ ‫ص َد َق ًة‬
َ ‫َبي َْن َيدَ يْ َنجْ َوا ُك ْم‬
ْ‫ك َخ ْي ٌر لَ ُك ْم َوأَ ْط َه ُر ۚ َفإِن‬
َ ِ‫َٰ َذل‬
‫َّللا َغفُو ٌر‬
ِ ‫لَ ْم َت‬
َ َّ َّ‫ج ُدوا َفإِن‬
‫َر ِحي ٌم‬
‫أَأَ ْش َف ْق ُت ْم أَنْ ُت َقدمُوا َبي َْن‬
ٍ ‫ص َد َقا‬
‫ت ۚ َفإِ ْذ‬
َ ‫َيدَ يْ َنجْ َوا ُك ْم‬
َّ ‫اب‬
‫َّللاُ َعلَ ْي ُك ْم‬
َ ‫لَ ْم َت ْف َعلُوا َو َت‬
‫َفأَقِيمُوا الص َََّل َة َوآ ُتوا‬
َّ
‫َّللا‬
َ َّ ‫الز َكا َة َوأَ ِطي ُعوا‬
َّ ‫ َرسُولَ ُه ۚ َو‬40‫َو‬
‫َّللا ُ َخ ِبي ٌر ِب َما‬
‫ون‬
َ ُ ‫َتعْ َمل‬
7 ‫ آية‬- 59 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة الحشر‬
What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger
(and taken away) from the people of the
townships,- belongs to Allah,- to His
Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the
needy and the wayfarer; In order that it may
not (merely) make a circuit between the
wealthy among you. So take what the
Messenger assigns to you, and deny
yourselves that which he withholds from you.
And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in
Punishment.
َّ ‫َما أَ َفا َء‬
‫َّللاُ َعلَ َٰى َر ُسولِ ِه‬
‫ِمنْ أَهْ ِل ْالقُ َر َٰى َفلِلَّ ِه‬
‫ُول َولِ ِذي ْالقُرْ َب َٰى‬
ِ ‫َولِلرَّ س‬
‫َو ْال َي َتا َم َٰى َو ْال َم َسا ِكي ِن‬
‫ْن الس َِّبي ِل َكيْ َّل‬
ِ ‫َواب‬
‫ون ُدولَ ًة َبي َْن‬
َ ‫َي ُك‬
‫ْاْلَ ْغ ِن َيا ِء ِم ْن ُك ْم ۚ َو َما‬
ُ‫آ َتا ُك ُم الرَّ سُو ُل َف ُخ ُذوه‬
ۚ ‫َو َما َن َها ُك ْم َع ْن ُه َفا ْن َتهُوا‬
‫َّللا َش ِدي ُد‬
َ َّ َّ‫َّللا ۖ إِن‬
َ َّ ‫َوا َّتقُوا‬
‫ب‬
ِ ‫ْال ِع َقا‬
1 ‫ آية‬- 60 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة الممتحنة‬
O ye who believe! Choose not My enemy
and your enemy for allies.
Do ye give them friendship when they
disbelieve in that truth which has come
unto you, driving out the Messenger and
you because ye believe in Allah, your
Lord?
If ye have come forth to strive in My way
and seeking My good pleasure, (show
them not friendship)….
‫خ ُذوا‬
ِ ‫ين آ َم ُنوا َّل َت َّت‬
َ ‫َيا أَ ُّي َها الَّ ِذ‬
‫ون‬
َ ُ‫َع ُدوي َو َع ُدوَّ ُك ْم أَ ْولِ َيا َء ُت ْلق‬
‫إِلَي ِْه ْم ِب ْال َم َو َّد ِة َو َق ْد َك َفرُوا ِب َما‬
‫ون‬
َ ‫َجا َء ُك ْم ِم َن ْال َحق ي ُْخ ِر ُج‬
‫الرَّ سُو َل َوإِيَّا ُك ْم ۙ أَنْ ُت ْؤ ِم ُنوا‬
‫اّلل َرب ُك ْم إِنْ ُك ْن ُت ْم َخ َرجْ ُت ْم‬
ِ َّ ‫ِب‬
‫ِج َها ًدا ِفي َس ِبيلِي َوا ْب ِت َغا َء‬
‫ون إِلَ ْي ِه ْم‬
َ ُّ‫ضا ِتي ۚ ُت ِسر‬
َ ْ‫َمر‬
‫ِب ْال َم َو َّد ِة َوأَ َنا أَعْ لَ ُم ِب َما أَ ْخ َف ْي ُت ْم‬
‫َو َما أَعْ لَ ْن ُت ْم ۚ َو َمنْ َي ْف َع ْل ُه ِم ْن ُك ْم‬
‫يل‬
َ ‫َف َق ْد‬
ِ ‫ض َّل َس َوا َء الس َِّب‬
42
11-12 ‫ آية‬- 64 ‫ سورة‬- ‫سورة التغابن‬
No kind of calamity can occur, except by the
leave of Allah: and if any one believes in
Allah, (Allah) guides his heart (aright): for
Allah knows all things
So obey Allah, and obey His Messenger:
but if you turn back, the duty of Our
Messenger is but to proclaim the Message
clearly and openly.
‫صي َب ٍة‬
ِ ‫اب ِمنْ ُم‬
َ ‫ص‬
َ َ‫َما أ‬
ْ‫َّللا ۗ َو َمن‬
ِ َّ ‫إِ َّّل ِبإِ ْذ ِن‬
ۚ ‫اّلل َي ْه ِد َق ْل َب ُه‬
ِ َّ ‫ي ُْؤ ِمنْ ِب‬
َّ ‫َو‬
‫َّللا ُ ِب ُكل َشيْ ٍء َعلِي ٌم‬
‫َّللا َوأَ ِطي ُعوا‬
َ َّ ‫َوأَ ِطيعُوا‬
‫الرَّ سُو َل ۚ َفإِنْ َت َولَّ ْي ُت ْم‬
‫َفإِ َّن َما َعلَ َٰى َرسُولِ َنا‬
ُ‫ْال َب ََل ُغ ْالم ُِبين‬
43
In Conclusion, Read Surah of
Asr
‫َو ْال َعصْ ِر‬
By the declining day,
‫ان لَفِي ُخسْ ٍر‬
َ ‫إِنَّ ْاْلِ ْن َس‬
Lo! man is a state of loss,
‫صب ِْر‬
َّ ‫اص ْوا ِبال‬
ِ ‫ين آ َم ُنوا َو َع ِملُوا الصَّالِ َحا‬
َ ‫اص ْوا ِب ْال َحق َو َت َو‬
َ ‫ت َو َت َو‬
َ ‫إِ َّّل الَّ ِذ‬
Save those who believe and do good works, and exhort one
another to truth and exhort one another to endurance
