e-Services Enablement Framework - Tips
It is a framework which means it is adaptable

To the project type
 Small short term running projects can pick suitable parts
 Big long term running projects might need to focus on other
subjects – PM, promotion and coordination
 Special projects might need additional templates

To the agency level of maturity
 Agencies with low level maturity needs the whole framework
 High level maturity needs only fragments - if any

To other preferred framework
 TOGAF, Zachman , etc.

To already existing documentation/development tools.
