Utilizing IR’s latest generation power
MOSFET technology, the AUIRFR4292 and
AUIRFS6535 are the first 250V and 300V
MOSFET offerings in IR’s automotivequalified MOSFET portfolio. The
AUIRFR4292 offers RDS(on) at 345 mΩ max at
250V in a DPAK package, and the
AUIRFS6535 features RDS(on) as low as 185
mΩ max at 300V in a standard D2PAK
package.

Offering low RDS(on) in standard surface mount
packages, these new 250V and 300V power
MOSFETs are well suited for Piezo injection
applications where high-voltage is required to
drive the actuators and ensure faster response
and more precise control than magnetic
solenoid injection systems.
These devices are qualified according to AECQ101 standards and feature an
environmentally friendly, lead-free and RoHS
compliant bill of materials.
