Advantages

• Co-packaged with a diode and available in a D 2 Pak, TO-262 and TO 220 package, IR’s 600V IGBTs feature a nominal current of 24A and a short circuit rating of > 5 µs.

• Co-packaged with a diode and available in a surface mount package, IR’s new automotive-qualified IGBTs allow customers to develop a compact design for hybrid and electric vehicle applications requiring high power density.
