Tuition Forfeitures/Schedule Changes
Changes must be made by the 7th calendar day
of the Quarter in order to avoid financial penalties
Students dropping a class or classes from the 8th to the 30th calendar
day will be charged:
• $20 Add/drop fee which covers a 24 hour period
• The new tuition rate plus half the difference between the old and new
rate. Example:
Starts the quarter with 12 credits – full time tuition
Drops to 8 credits thereby owing the new part time rate PLUS half the
difference between the new and old rate
Students dropping a class or classes after the 30th calendar day will be
charged:

• The full tuition rate. Example:
Starts the quarter with 12 credits – full time tuition
Drops to 8 credits but still owes the full time rate
