the 3rd Friday of
the Quarter
Students will have
holds on registration
and transcripts until
the past due
balance is paid.

Tuition Forfeitures/Schedule Changes
Changes must be made by the 7th calendar day
of the Quarter in order to avoid financial penalties
Students dropping a class or classes from the
8th to the 30th calendar day will be charged:
• $20 Add/drop fee which covers a 24 hour period
• The new tuition rate plus half the difference between
the old and new rate. Example:
 Starts the quarter with 12 credits – full time tuition
 Drops to 8 credits thereby owing the new part
time rate PLUS half the difference between the
new and old rate
Amounts will show in
the detail of charges
Students dropping a class or classes after the
30th calendar day will be charged:
