What’s Changed with the Hiring Process?
The Documents and the process to request a job posting for hire is
required before anything is entered into the ERecruit system. This is the
current procedure whenever you need to write a new or revise a current
job description otherwise your request will be delayed.
The staff employment requisition and safety conditions.
New Job Description or Position Description serves as a formal document that
summarizes the important functions of a specific job, actual duties, responsibilities
and requirements.
Job Evaluation Process to get proper job title, grade and posting information.
The potential candidate has a better assessment of the requirements and scope
of work.
Goal
A more efficient process to get the best candidate(s) to interview and
ultimately hire for the job.
