Subject: account problems
Hi Mr. Kratzer, this is Jared Thormahlen again. I wanted to thank
you again for helping me out with my connectivity problems.
Unfortunately, it seems a member of my team is having issues with his
password on mode, and he cannot log in. Kevin Grimes (ch007kxg) can't
seem to access mode. If you could advise a course of action, I'd be
greatly obliged.
Thanks,
Jared
