SmithGroup in the amount of $161,000 for
architectural design services for the retail
development adjacent to the American Sports
Center facility
Background
• Council approved a Professional Service
Agreement with SmithGroup in June 2009
• American Sports Centers- a 83,000 sf multipurpose recreation facility
• An additional 30,000 sf of retail around the
building (only to 30%design level)
