estimate of $8,687,497 on October 8,
2009.

Negotiations resulted in a final
contract price of $7,798,990.


facility furnishings & Equipment
 City to procure these items directly

Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment
LEED features included in design

 City will issue Request for Proposals from
Solar companies

