Established in 2008 to centrally
manage CA’s travel and meetings
Assist government travelers with
their travel needs by obtaining the
most economical rates and fares
available through the use of
contracted travel-related services

CA Meeting Management Program
CMMP assists State departments
with the planning of their meetings
and conferences in the most costeffective and efficient manner
Booked over 500 meetings since

Green Lodging Program
Green Certification for CA Hotels
Currently have over 300 certified
Partnerships with AAA and
Travelocity
Encourage travelers to use green
hotels when traveling
Book meetings and conferences in
green hotels

Sent to travel coordinators on a bimonthly basis
