2004年10月開辦之課程由於
反應熱列，將於下週開課。
下屆將會於2005年4月開課，
2月起招生。

入學資格
• 香港中學會考五科及格成績（包括中文及
英文，報名時須附學歷証明文件影印本）；
或
• 具同等學歷之圖書館在職人員而獲服務處
主管備函推薦。
• 申請人宜有基本電腦應用知識。
• 曾報讀本課程，合資格但未獲分配學額者，
將可優先取錄。

學費及報名手續
• 全期學費港幣5,000元。
• 申請人需填妥表格並附：
– 香港身份證或護照影印本；
– 學歷証明文件影印本；
– 其他輔助文件（如適用者）；
– 報名費100元及學費5,000元，以「香港中文大學」
