Sibling must move to new school the following year October 7, 2009 22 Implementation-Middle and Elementary School • Middle recommended implementation – Existing 6th graders (going into 7th) attending a MS have option of staying at current middle or moving to school of new attendance area – Existing 7th graders (going into 8th) stay at previous site for their last year – One year only sibling option, if requested, for siblings of students completing their last year at the school. Sibling must move to new school the following year • Elementary recommended implementation (same as new school openings for Binks and Beech Avenue) – If requested, students who will be either 5th or 6th graders (depending on if the school is a K-5 or K-6) can complete their last year at their existing school – One year only sibling option, if requested, for siblings of students completing their last year at the school.
