2) 1493-1494 : Hispaniola, Cuba, and Jamaica
3) 1498 : Trinidad and Venezuela
4) 1502-1504 : Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama,
marooned on Jamaica for a year
• The explorer went on his voyages to find a
route to India in order to trade for spices.

• He spread culture and goods!
• After his voyages he came and made
native American indians slaves.
Conclusion!
• We learned that Christopher Columbus
was a very important person to
American history, we wouldn’t be who
we are today, the country we are today,
without him!
