1. Click Sign up for a new Account to create a RefWorks personal account
2. Fill in the form and click Create Account

After you create your account, you will see a page like
this – an empty database containing no references
You will see your references here, This is a new database, so right
now this area is empty

Organizing References with Folders

When you import references they are
added to the Last Imported Folder.
You may want to create folders to group
references by subject, project or any
other purpose.

your references.

Download and install Write-N-Cite from the Tools on the
menu bar
An Write-N-Cite icon will show up on the tool bar of MSWord after installation.

and start writing your paper
Click “Write-N-Cite” icon to
open and login “Write-N-Cite”
Then simply click on ‘Cite’ located in
front of the reference you want to cite,
