The report describes the initiative to enable local people in Lawrence Weston and Hartcliffe, both areas of high health need, to comment on the GP Out of Hours service. Although many people reported good experiences when they had to call out the emergency doctor, concerns were raised on trying to get the emergency doctor; difficulties in getting to the Out of Hours Centres and the particular needs of first time parents. The report highlights improvements in Out of Hours services in areas of high health need. .
