resources placed with multiple customers across
verticals in over 10 Indian cities
We handle the entire employee life cycle from
recruitment, payroll, compliance, cash flow
support, infrastructure setup & management to
exits and end of service benefits administration
Since all these resources are on our rolls,
customers can increase and decrease workforces
in line with business requirements & the
regulatory environment
WHAT WE DO
The solutions business offers end to end
telephony solutions. Our technology handles over
45 million calls annually
We handle all aspects of telephony including
hardware, software & maintenance. Our
offerings are available both in premised & hosted
models.
Since we offer technology solutions on a pay as
you go (OPEX) basis, customers have extreme
flexibility when it comes to scaling up their
operations with us, since their CAPEX investment
on technology is now zero

OUR TEAM
Anshuj Sahaya, CEO, carries over a decade of
experience in BFSI. He has held several national roles in
the sales, products and alliances side of business. He
has worked with Standard Chartered, Kotak Mahindra
Bank, BNP Paribas & a leading financial services
distribution company.
Arvind Singh, CTO, has over a decade’s experience
architecting telephony & related solutions for both
government & enterprise customers. He also handles
business development for new products.
OUR TEAM
Prakash R R, Business head - services, has setup the
services business from scratch as one of the earliest
employees of the company. He has shared as well as
contributed to the growth of the company in the past
decade & continues to lead services businesses to new
milestones.
V C Karthic, founder-director, started Buzzworks more than a decade
ago. His abiding passion is to solve customer problems at a fair price
point.
