Decide how many competitors you can have for your
competition and coordinate with coaches
Check room out today to make sure the room is OK.
Fill out the Competition Overview sheet today that gives
us info about room set up
Write the scopes for your competition in consultation
with your subject group
Set up the competition night before with help from
others.
Coordinate competition the day of and hand in results
Get judges for competition
Invoices



competition but let Dan Bujold
know who you are contacting

by May 15th with the Budget
Request for attached. (one per

Registration will close March 13th and NO hand
written forms will be accepted!
Sit down with student to register and you will
receive 2 emails. Please print off both the
summary of student information and the 2 signed
waiver forms and send Secondary to Elin or
Bernadette for Elementary.
Only COMPLETE registration forms will be
accepted. Incomplete forms will be sent back.
Check for signatures on BOTH forms!

competitions. They could be helping with
judging, organizing etc. Let us know how
you would like to use them.

You must put in appeal within 5 minutes of the ending of
the competition (before closing ceremonies)


Shuttle bus every 15
Minutes

Shuttle starts at 6:30 am

Shuttle ends at 8 pm


If you are a coordinator please stand
under your competition name so
people can come to you and then you
can decide where you will meet.
