Exostar Fees for use of RSCP

• • • Different Exostar products have different charging structures for their use.

The fee for RSCP uses a sliding scale based on the number of transactions you receive and create per year. The category that you fall into is determined by an assessment of your RSCP usage level about nine months after your registration.

The table shows the various membership levels.

Complete the ‘First Time Login’ to RSCP

Log On to RSCP for the First Time

The following items are covered in this segment.

• Access to RSCP is controlled by Exostar’s Managed Access Gateway (MAG).

• When you register with Exostar, your login credentials are sent to you by email.

• You must complete the ‘first time login’ procedure in order to get started.

• If you are the administrator for your company, you will also need to agree to the service agreement.

First Time Login Process

Go to www.myexostar.com

Click on the ‘Exostar’ login button in the top right corner of the screen

On the MAG login page, click on the ‘First Time Login’ icon (you only need to do this the first time that you log in)

Fill In User ID and Passwords

Enter your user ID and system-generated password from the email that you received.

Enter the one time password that you received from your administrator F.

Enter a New Password

Enter a new password – this will be your login password going forward H.

Password Reset Questions

Provide answers to four of the password reset questions. You will be asked to provide the same answers if you want to use the automated process to reset your password.

Note: Answers are case sensitive if you have to provide them in the future.

– you will be redirected to a ‘Login Successful’ screen and then to the home tab in MAG.

Service Agreement

• Once you are on the home tab in MAG, you will see ‘open application’ (which means you are ready to work in RSCP by clicking the link), or you will see ‘View Service Agreement’.

A user with the administrator role must accept the agreement one time, then all users will have access to RSCP.

Click on ‘View Service Agreement’ and then select ‘I Agree’ at the bottom of the agreement. A copy of the agreement will be mailed to you.

Click on the ‘Exostar’ login button in the top right corner of the screen

On the MAG login page, enter the user ID that you received in the welcome email, and the password that you created during the first time login process.

. You will be redirected into the RSCP application.

Note: If you have data in the retired gSCP site, you can still access data there through the Historical Document Manager.

RSCP Home Page

When you log on to RSCP, you will be presented with this landing page.

At the top is your name and user role, how to exit the system, bookmark pages, access the help files and the About link.

On the left is the Navigation Tree, which allows you to access different parts of the system.

We recommend you click on the

My Workspace

link to go to the RSCP dashboard.

The help files in RSCP are organized by business process and then specific action – for example, ‘Print an Order’.

Click the ‘+’ icons to select a topic and subtopics. Click on the help file name to open it.
