Goods Receipts
•
BAE Systems has the option to send goods receipts through SCP
•
Receipts in SCP can be viewed, but no action is taken
•
Receipts are loaded into SCP in a ‘Received’ state
•
A buyer can send in a cancellation of a receipt, which changes it to a ‘Cancelled’ state
•
A receipt will automatically move to an ‘Archived’ state in SCP if it has not been
modified in 90 days.

Locate Goods Receipts – by Status
Goods receipts in SCP can be viewed quickly by going to the My Workspace page and
clicking on a number link for the ‘Receipt Summary’ section.

Goods Receipt - List
On the Receipts List page, scroll to the right to see summary data. Or you can click on the
link for a Report Number and go to the details for that set of receipts.

Goods Receipt - Details
Scroll to the right to see the detailed receipt information.
You can see the GR Date, GR Qty and the ASN Number.

Locate Goods Receipts - by Search
To locate a specific
receipt, you can
search by Order
Number or other data
on the Search page.

‘Received Qty’ on Discrete Order
On the main (Order Details) tab, you can scroll to the right to see the Received Qty for each
order schedule line and the Line Received Qty for each order line.
Note: An order line (line item) can include multiple schedule lines (dates & quantities) for that item.

‘Receipt Info’ Tab on Order
From the ‘Purchase Order Details’ page, you can click on the Receipt Info link in the middle of
the screen to see all of the receipt lines associated with this purchase order.
