Travel Tips
Passport & Visa
All students travelling must hold a full passport.
Visas are required.
We will need to apply for visas in good time, as non-issue of visas is not covered under the
cancellation section of your insurance, and you may not be allowed to travel as a result so you
may need to renew a passport early.
If you have any doubts about passports or visa requirements, please email me at
[email protected]

Travel Tips
Money
The Chinese currently is the Tenminibi (RMB) or Yuan. We recommended that you change your
English money into Yuan before travel.
Most guides in China are self-employed and rely considerably on tipping for their skills and service
The recommended acceptable minimum level is calculated as £26 per person for the tour duration
but that is all included in your cost.
