Leadership Team
•
Dr. Krystal K. Nerio, Chief Executive Officer for Prosperitus Solutions,
established the company in 2011. Krystal is an exemplary leader with
excellent communication and team building skills, serviced by 6 years
of military service in the United States Air Force. She held multiple
leadership military positions culminating with her support of flight line
operations to include Operation Northern Watch and Operation
Enduring Freedom.
•
As a civilian, she continued to work within the DoD as a Program
Manager for the Air Force Mentor-Protégé Program Office at Brooks
City Base, TX. It is here where she found her passion and advocacy for
Small Businesses. Her next position with THI is where she received insight
on how to manage and execute multiple contracts nationwide. Krystal
conducted competitive and/or pre-bid background research;
established/fostered relationships with contracting officials; conducted
bid viability proficiency review/analysis on prospective quotes and
proposals.

As her professional career continued to flourish she strived for personal
success by pursuing a PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the
Lake University, TX.

Kenneth L. Houston, MS Chief Operations Officer for Prosperitus Solutions, LLC,

Mr. Houston is an advocate of continued personal and professional growth. As
a member of the professional organizations Toastmasters International and
Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternities Inc., Kenneth constantly looks to improve and
empower his community through diligent leadership and mentorship. As a
Grantham University Eagle graduate, he received his Bachelor of Science in
Computer Science and is currently pursuing his MBA in Information
Management.

Mr. Houston is originally from Birmingham, Alabama but currently hails San
Antonio, TX as home and shares his life with his wife Mary and his three
wonderful daughters, Ambur, Ashley and Alexus.
has been with the company since its inception. Kenneth is served by 22 years of
military service in the United States Air Force where he received extensive
training in logistics, supply chain management, strategic planning, government
contracting, and program management. After a long military career Kenneth
went to work in the corporate world where he utilized his talents and experience
in improving management techniques, solidifying business development
relationships and corporate operations. He brings this same motivation and
drive to Prosperitus Solutions where he is dedicated to providing customers large
business capability within a small business capacity.
