Is familiar with the functions of the main Windows' icons on DESKTOP, e.g. Recycle Bin, My Computer, Network Neighborhood

Can OPEN a folder or file to use it.

Can MOVE a window from one location on the screen to another, or to just simply move it out of the way.

10.

Can MAXIMIZE, MINIMIZE and RESTORE, in other words, resize a window by using the three icons at the top right of any window.
