Colway International Compensation Plan
Customer
Person purchasing COLWAY INTERNATIONAL products at retail prices.
• Buys directly from you.
• at group product demonstrations.
• at one-to-one consultations
• long term customer getting a traditional person-to-person customer service
• Places orders in your shop via e-commerce platform.
• Registered Customer – who opens an account with COLWAY INTERNATIONAL.
• Unregistered Customer
• E-customers’ orders are included in Business Partner’s sales
Colway International Compensation Plan
Partner
Partner has a 40% discount from the catalogue price on all products and also earns commission
• Partners are all participants of Colway International network
• You earn 40% retail commission from selling the products.
• You own the e-commerce platform / ID, LOGIN, unique name.
• Annual fee:
• £36*
• £7*– with the minimum purchase of 50 Volume Points
* depending on currency exchange rate

Volume Point (VP)
Conversion unit used to calculate the sales volume in order to work out the commission.
All products have assigned:
• Retail prices
• Wholesale prices for Partners
• Volume Points

Qualifying Point (QP)
Conversion unit used to calculate the commission for Business Partners
• Conversion to currency is based on the C.I.’s internal
exchange rate
• Qualifying Point’s value can vary

Qualifying Week /QW/
Period of time qualifying for compensation on the basis of the Volume Points achieved.
• Lasts 7 days.
• Commences on Saturdays at 0:00.
• Terminates on Fridays at 11:59:59pm, Central European Time CET
(UTC+1).

ACTIVITY
Minimum sales volume that a Partner must achieve to qualify for the commission and bonuses
• Partner is ACTIVE when they achieve a minimum of 50 VP
in one qualifying week.
• Active status is maintained for a period of 4 consecutive weeks,
commencing with the week in which 50 VP is achieved

Annual fee
A once-a-year fee for your business account and Partner benefits.
The fee covers:
• Access to the e-commerce platform.
• Printed info pack – delivered to Partner’s postal address.
• After registration, PARTNER must pay the fee within 30 days.
• Fee is automatically added to shopping cart with the first order
• Failure to pay the fee will result in changing Partner’s status to “Customer”.
• CUSTOMER can upgrade to Partner at any time
• Fee must be paid within 30 days

RANKS
• RANK – the level achieved on the career path
• “paid as” RANK – attained as a result of meeting certain requirements
• All commission is based on “paid as” Ranks.
• Highest Rank – the highest rank ever achieved regardless of a current
“paid as” Rank
• For classification purposes.
• May entitle to certain benefits.

GENERATION BONUS AND RANKS
• Volume Points requirement – total of your own and your downline
volume points from the last three qualifying weeks and the current
qualifying week.
• Team building requirement – minimum number of directly or
indirectly sponsored recruits at the rank of Partner or above within
the downline.
• BP Generation – all Partners down to the next qualified Business
Partner. Volume Points in the Generation of a Business Partner is the
total of Customer and Partner Volume Points down to, but not
including, the next qualified Business Partner.

GENERATION BONUS
Generation Bonus (GB) is paid on the Volume Points of each Generation. A Generation is a qualified
Business Partner or higher plus all Partners in the downline down to, but not including, the next Business
Partner or above.
GENERATION CAN GROW IN BOTH WIDTH AND IN DEPTH.

OVERRIDE COMMISSION
• Calculated on the Volume Points on all your Customers and Partners in your
OVERRIDE COMMISSION TREE.
• 5% of all Volume Points is paid.
• You get paid both on your lesser and greater leg.
• Minimum 200 VP must be achieved in your lesser leg to qualify.
• If less then 200 VP is achieved, the balance is carried over to the next
qualifying week.
• You must be ACTIVE.

OVERRIDE COMMISSION
• You earn 5% of the balanced volume of the lesser leg and up to a double
balanced volume of the lesser leg from the greater leg.
• Exceeding Volume Points from the greater leg is carried over to the next
Qualifying Week.

• Override Bonus Tree is built with two placement legs
• As a new Partner you have two positions to fill in:
• Left
• Right
• You build two teams :

Tree growth
Waiting Room
• Each registered Recruit goes to the Waiting Room.
• You choose the position in the Tree and place the Recruit manually.
• In order to do this, click in the empty space in the Tree and you will see the list of people in the
waiting room.
• Clicking the person’s name means placing them in the Tree.
• You must do this within 7 days of the person being registered!

OVERRIDE COMMISSION
AUTOMATIC TREE GROWTH
• If you do not manually place a Recruit in a chosen position in the Tree, the
system will do it automatically, according to your set up preferences:
• LEFT – bottom left position.
• RIGHT- bottom right position.
• LESSER LEG – bottom left or right depending where there are fewer people. It is a
default option which you can change any time.
