Objectives

As we went into our 4th year of the Formation Pillar, we reviewed what
we had achieved in the last 3 years and identified the following:-

We need to rebuild the membership of our Pillar

We need to review the need for more Catechists

Ongoing Challenges and Problems

We have not had any members from 2 of the parishes for the last
2 years, therefore we have lost contact with what is going on in
these parishes.

The Clergy have agreed to provided additional Pillar members
so that we can continue to work together

Other important notes
Once we have rebuilt our Pillar membership we will need to:1
Identify potential catechists and source relevant training sessions

We will need to consolidate the programmes we have in place

Consider how we are going to move forward as the Formation Pillar
involving all three parishes
