Office Hours
 According to universitylanguage.com:
 “…each professor holds office hours, a designated time once or
twice per week in which the professor is available in his office to
speak individually with students”
 My office hours
 Monday and Tuesday before school
 Wednesday and Thursday after school
 Last 20 minutes of lunch (5th period)
 Conference (9th period)

Grading Policies
 You can do corrections on quizzes/classwork for half credit.
 Turn a 50 into a 75
 Turn a 70 into a 85
 Or even turn a 98 into a 99!
 Corrections MUST be done in this classroom with me.
 You will receive similar problems. Complete them, then
staple them to the original assignment and turn them in to
me.
 You have two weeks to make corrections. Corrections for
assignments done in the last two weeks of a six week period
must be turned in by the end of the six weeks.
Homework Policy
 Allowed ONE late homework per semester for
full credit.
 After that, highest possible grade for an
assignment turned in late is a 50.
 There are two exams per six weeks. If you score
HIGHER on the second one, it will replace the
first grade (but not vice-versa)
