Faculty Development

New Concept (old concept revisited) • Each faculty member will create a development plan • Format will be distributed next week via email • Focus on three objectives or less • Must be aligned with your faculty assignment • Discuss your plan with your Department Head • Turn in completed form NLT October 1, 2011 • How will your annual evaluation committee evaluate your success?
