A few tips for
parents to
ensure
success in CCE
Programme
• The school diary is a guide and source of
information. It is also a link between the
parents and the school.
• Refer to the diary as often as possible.
• Ensure that your ward brings his/her diary
to school everyday.
• Check his/her homework daily.
• Ensure that your ward brings the
textbooks
and notebooks according to the time table
Application for leave on medical grounds for
more
than two days should be supported by a Medical
certificate.
• No pupil would be eligible for promotion unless
he/she attains the attendance of 75% of the total
days of the school in the academic session.
• In case of ill health or unforeseen circumstances
an application of leave should be sent duly signed
by the parents.
• Attendance during school functions and
celebrations must be encouraged.
Attend the Parent – Teacher meetings on
the scheduled dates positively. In case you
wish to meet the teachers you can meet
them on last working day only.
• Students taking coaching outside the

should not be sent without confirming the
credentials.
