Group Exercise Classes:
Kettlebell:
Is a new approach to improve core stability, strength and the larger ‘power’ muscles. It is particularly good for
all the major muscle groups such as legs and back as well as a great toner for arms and shoulders as well as
the trunk.
Ab-Sculpt:
Strengthen tone and stretch the core stability muscles of the abdomen and back! Using a variety of equipment
this targets those hard to work areas.
Yoga:
Experience mind and body connection through a series of physical postures, breathing exercises and
relaxation. Yoga can help reduce stress levels and improve overall health.
Aqua-Natal:
Water based, minimum impact, low intensity workout session, taught by a qualified midwife. Designed for pre
and post natal ladies to enhance your feeling of wellbeing.
Aquarobics:
Get wet, have fun and get fitter whilst doing it! A water based cardio workout which is easy on the joints, yet
conditions and tones all over and you won’t even notice the sweat!
L(egs) B(ums) T(ums):
Specifically for those ‘hard to target’ areas designed to tighten, tone and strengthen quads, glutes and
abdominals!
20-20-20:
This class is designed to give you a total body workout - sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of
strength training, then 20 minutes of core and stretch work.
Box & exercise:
Boxing fitness training! Fun, safe and intense! This workout is suitable for all levels.
Boot Camp:
A fast paced challenging, calorie burning workout using a traditional ‘military’ style approach! This class will
give back what you put in and is suitable for all levels of fitness.
Cardio Tennis:
Looking for a new way to work out? Supported by motivating music and qualified instructors, you’ll get to hit lots
of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.
Core Cardio Fatburner:
Increase your metabolism and boost your fitness levels with this all over workout. Complete a structured and
varied set of timed exercises all designed to maximise your workout and help you achieve your fitness goals.
Pilates:
Pilates, develops core strength and can improve flexibility, posture and body alignment through a series of matbased exercises. This type of class is well known to be easy on the joints and to provide ‘whole-body’ fitness.
Body Conditioning:
Tone those muscles you didn't even know you had during this all over body conditioning class. Boost your
metabolism and get set to burn body fat.
Water Works:
Introducing Water Works a new Aqua Aerobics Class. Water Works is an effective total body workout where
you are immersed in a fun environment and can choose your intensity level" you could also add "Pre
choreographed to motivating, upbeat music, you'll have a fun, effective fitness experience every time!
Fighting Fit:
Get ready to punch, kick and fight your way to fitness in this martial arts inspired cardio and conditioning, non
contact class. Set to high power music, there has never been an easier way to de stress and fight for your
fitness.
