• To view a list of recently dialed, received, and
missed calls
– Press HISTORY function key. This shows your most
recent phone calls.
– Use the Scroll Key to scroll a list of calls
– Press the round selector button in middle of Scroll

Transferring Calls
• Press Transfer Function Key. This places
the caller on hold immediately.
• Dial the number OR use the directory
– Blind Transfer
 Hang Up or Press Transfer again
– Consultative Transfer – Preferred
Method
 Stay on the line and wait for number
to dial
 When receiving party, answers,
press Complete Transfer
Conferencing Calls
• Press Conference Function Key to start – this puts
the first party on hold
– Blind Conference

 Remain on the line and wait for the next person to answer.
 If ready to begin conference, press Complete Conference
