Product Care proposal:
• To manage MHSW2 lamps collected at
municipalities and participating
retailers pending new regulation.
• One-year time period/maximum $1
million program cost whichever occurs
first.

RMC July offer
• RMC will recover and transport any
rechargeable batteries collected by
municipalities separately from primary
batteries at no charge.
• RMC will credit municipalities or their
service providers at RMC commercial
rates for segregated rechargeable
batteries delivered to RMC's facility.
