INGREDIENTS • Good for 2 persons Main ingredients • Lemon • Onion • Phyto-greens • Ulam rajah • Daun Kaduk • Gynura • Chinese mint • Mulberry • Fruit • Meat (optional) • E.g. floss of chicken, fish, or livestock • • Mustard Water 2 slices ½ bulb 6 fronds 6 leaves 12 leaves 1 fistful 6 leaves 2 mini-apricots 1 spoonful 1 spoonful 50 ml Just add clean water for the right consistency; and churn out a smooth delicious bread spread. You are not barred from adding fresh onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and chunks of meat. E-N-J-O-Y good health. You will find that phyto-greens suggested here are not the food-on-thetable commercial greens but the herbal greens which are seldom grown in farm vegetables. These are rich in chlorophyll and survive in the wild against adversities such as soil microbes. Thus, they are like minilaboratories of anti-fungal, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial goodness.
