Strategic Plan Goals – Ongoing
Enhance Housing Stock/Beatification Efforts
Objective: Provide a safe, viable and inviting City for new
and existing residents.
 Neighborhoods are the heart and soul, building blocks,
of safe and viable community.
 Unhealthy neighborhoods compromise our sense of
community, challenge our personal safety, personal freedom
of neighborhood residents are restricted,
and public
resources are consumed.
