A program manager is assigned to each project
and they remain involved from inception to
completion.
As an ISO 9001:2000 compliant company we
document job activity and track job timing and
progress with MS Project software.
The customer is part of the team to ensure the
established goals are achieved or exceeded.
Service and Support

We understand the importance of machine uptime.
With all of our equipment we provide a full set of
documentation including recommendations for
preventative maintenance, spare parts, and provide
formal training on the proper operation and
maintenance.

Our cross-trained service group operates on a 24/7
basis to service and support equipment.

We have delivered and installed equipment in the
US, China, Mexico, Canada, and Europe. In an
attempt to improve response time to critical support
requests for our overseas customers we have
established relationships with qualified companies
globally.
Terms/Warranty


Our standard terms are progress type payments
with 30% down, 30% with engineering approval,
30% with machine qualified on our floor, and
final 10% with qualification at customers facility.
Our standard warranty is one year; we can
accommodate extended warranties upon
request.
