How to report Status Changes in YBR
Step 1. Access YBR through HR Express under the Health and Welfare tab. You will not need an additional YBR password if you log on through
HR Express. You can also log on to YBR directly from any computer at http://resources.hewitt.com/conocophillips. (You will need to enter your
YBR user ID and password if you log on directly.)
Step 2. Look for What’s Changing in Your Life? Under the Health & Welfare tab and select Need to change your coverage?
Step 3. Choose a life event from the drop-down menu.
Step 4. Enter the date of the event. (Note: You cannot report a status change before it occurs. For example, if you are getting married, you can
report your marriage on your marriage date or up to 30 days after your marriage date.)
Step 5. Read the Change Your Current Coverage – Important Information screen. Select I Agree to continue.
Step 6. On the Your Dependent Information screen, click Add a Dependent to enroll a new dependent, and then complete the next screen with
the dependent’s information and click Add and Continue. Otherwise, click Continue Enrollment.
Step 7. On the Enroll in Your Benefits screen, click the benefit you want to update, such as Employee Medical. Then, choose your option (if you
want to change it) and check the dependents you want to cover. Press OK and Continue if you want to make changes to other benefits, and
follow the same process for each benefit you want to change. If you are finished making changes, press OK and View Choices.
Please note that if you are enrolled in the HDHP with HSA medical option, you will see a Health Savings Account Contribution Enrollment screen
after selecting OK and View Choices. If you do not want to change your HSA contribution, just select OK and View Choices again.
Step 8. Review your elections, and then select Complete Enrollment at the bottom of the screen under Confirm Your Choices.
You will receive an automatic e-mail from YBR confirming that you made a change to your coverage.
