 What wireless devices will be used on the aircraft? How
are they used? (frequency band, power level, Bluetooth,
GSM, 802.11, …) Now and Future.
 What is the safety hazards for airline passengers and crew?
 What are the social issues of using wireless devices during
flight?
 What tools are available to manage wireless devices in
flight? (FAA, FCC, CAA, authority to regulate)
 What methods can be used to control usage?
 How do you manage cellular service over several
geographical regions? (Frequency management)
 How is cellular customer service / technical support issues
handled?
