Keeping it together
• Create a project folder and save all
your work and resources in it
1. Right click on the desktop
2. Select New and Folder
3. Type the name for your folder

Locate your images
• Use the digital images links on the Media
Center webpage.
• http://www.liberty.k12.ga.us/mms/mmsmed

• You can also use digital photographs you
have taken.
Locate your images
• Click on the photo to view a larger
copy.
• Right click on this photo and
select Save Target.
• Browse for your project folder. You
will save all your photos to one
folder.
Create text slides using PowerPoint
• If you want a picture
in the background or
a certain font,
consider using
PowerPoint to create
your text slides.
• Create the desired
slides and save them
in the jpeg format.
• Now all your slides
will be treated as if
they are photos.
Tip: Insert your background image.
Right click on the image and select Picture
Format. Select the Picture tab. Set the
Color option to Washout.

paste the promotional code. Click sign up.
Choose full-length video
Select images
1. You can browse and
upload images from your
computer.
2. If you use online photo
collection sights, like
Flicker, you can retrieve
personal pictures.
3. You can also use
Animoto.com photos.
We will be using the first option.
Uploading images
• Click on the first
image, hold Shift,
and click on the
last image. This
will select all of the
images.
• Click Open.
• Click and drag
photos into order.
• You can still add
more photos, add
text, rotate photos,
add a spotlight, or
delete photos.
Add music
• Click the Music tab.
• Select upload.
TIP: You can click the
bottom back arrow to
revisit a previous step.
• You can preview
the music before
clicking Save.
Settings
• Select Fulllength video.
• Click continue.
• Add your title
and
description.
• Click Create
Video.
Building the video
• The video will take a few minutes to build.
Sharing
• Click the
play
button to
preview
your work.
• Click
Share.
• Click Download to save a
copy on your computer.
• Click Embed.
Getting your Animoto on your blog…
• Select the first
size option.
• Click the Copy
button.
• Paste it into a
posting under
the HTML tab.
(Add a gadget
would be too
small)
