Solution – An SFA solution used for territory planning, targeting and segmentation, detailed analysis and administrative tasks. The second device was implemented, PDA and cellular phone combined into one device with the Nokia 9210 Communicator. The device runs an SFA application allows employees to do activity planning and reporting.
