wanted to upgrade its coaches with interactive services granting
access to information and entertainment channels.
SOLUTION: IBM developed a wireless e-business solution that

Sales Force Automation – Pfizer Oy
Business Problem - Replace current SFA tool with a solution to make
sales call management and reporting more effective, speeding up and
smoothing out the appointment booking process with the ability to
automatically update employee diaries and report on call feedback.
Solution – An SFA solution used for territory planning, targeting and
segmentation, detailed analysis and administrative tasks. The
second device was implemented, PDA and cellular phone combined
into one device with the Nokia 9210 Communicator. The device runs an
SFA application allows employees to do activity planning and reporting.
