What Is “Club Visioning”?

It is a Dynamic Management Tool

• It defines a shared commitment of Rotary Club Members • Members agree on a long-term direction for their Club • It creates a framework to establish goals and objectives • It optimises the use of Club resources

Why Is A Plan Needed?

 The tradition of the annual changeover breaks continuity.

 Clubs end up “re-inventing the wheel” every year instead of moving forward.

 …..or worse….becoming fatigued

How Club Planning Works

 Club agrees to invite the Visioning Facilitator to the Club  A representative selection of Club Members to attend up to a max of  Must include President, President Elect and Nominee (if known)
