Send press releases with photos to Tracey • Provide tips on upcoming events to Tracey • Good PR for the school Honor Roll • Newspapers Want Honor Roll and Principal Lists: – Best Way • First name first, last name last, only first letter of each name capitalized, in paragraph format in a Word document • Example – – Principal’s List Grade 1 – Jane Doe, John Smith, Ringo Star, Teddy Bear, Yogi Bear, Hannah Montana, Suzie Que, etc. Honor Roll • DO Identify the grade level and school. • DO Send before mid-term of the next quarter • Worst Way!
