•We have an AVS inventory form at the
SOS table in the back of the room.
•You can complete the inventory form
as you set up the AVS for the election.
•We are asking you to tape it or put it
in a sleeve and affix it to the bin cover
for future reference.
• Any polling place inspections
conducted by the Office of the
Attorney General will include a
compliance check.
Inspections will also include
compliance with the polling
place accessibility guidelines
for parking, route of travel,
entrances, signage and the
accessible voting system.
• Let us know if your town/city ward is changing
the location of your polling place
• We will need to change the AVS phone line.
• If your polling place has not changed since the
State Primary Election , you are all set.

•.Clerks shall establish and maintain an official email address

locations for each election, including street
addresses, and polling hours

(b) = I am a U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S., and I intend to return.
(c) = I am a U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S., and I do not intend to return.
1. Do I have a current FPCA (Federal Post Card Application)?
2. Did the voter check off a Classification in section 1 of the
FPCA?
(a.) I am a member of the Uniformed Services or Merchant
marine on active duty or am their spouse or dependent.
(Receives a full ballot)
(b) I am a U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S. and I intend
to return.
(Receives a full ballot)
(c) I am a U.S. citizen residing outside the U.S., and I do not
intend to return.
(Receives a Federal Ballot Only.)
3. Did the voter choose a party?
4. Did the voter sign the form?
5. Date stamp the date received on the FPCA form.
6. Is the voter already registered in ElectioNet?

7. If a new voter, enter them into ElectioNet and
they will remain pending until the Supervisor’s
next meeting. A ballot should be sent out even
though they are in the pending status. The ballot
can be rejected if they are not approved. RSA
657:19, RSA657:1
8. The UOCAVA designation can be entered in 2
places in ElectioNet

b. Check both boxes if Voter checked “Do
Not Intend to Return” – UOCAVA & Overseas

c. Enter start date (date you received the
form)
d. End date pre-fills to 12/31/2012 or the last
day of the current year.
