• Formed in 1972
• Effective wastewater and stormwater management
• Organized Under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 6119
• Employs approximately 600 people
• Spends approximately $200 million on construction and
$40 million on goods and services

• MBE/WBE program adopted –June 9, 1998
• 17 years since a disparity study performed,
therefore program no longer legally defensible
• SBE program adopted April 30, 2009
